The owner of this place is horrible. He used mine and my husbands company to smoke out windows in his office and has yet to pay us for these services. I had never been to a chiropractor before, so I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Hetland and staff are professional, courteous, honest and friendly. Dr. Hetland started out by determining if I wanted a quick fix or to work with him to create a long term solution. I opted for long term with maintenance plan and this was appealing because his fees were reasonable. I saw him for 6 months and a plan was promised but never provided. Instead, he continually pushed other services that increased appointment cost. He will also attempt to diagnose you with other conditions. Not sure if this is just outward musing or if it is a tactic to get you to invest in more services. Either way, stop. I don't look to my chiropractor to diagnose autoimmune disorders. If you are truly concerned, refer to a physician. His new cure all is physical therapy via a Vibration Trainer. No exercises or stretch provided for home, although he will continually promise them. Just pay an additional fee to come use this machine located in the lobby, in front of everyone waiting, multiple times a week. There is no privacy. He is completely disorganized and his charting is clearly ineffective. I found that we would often have the same conversation each week. His office staff is constantly trying to make up for it. Their frustration is often apparent. Stop continually pushing for new patients and incorporating new "toys". Do a better job of taking care of the patients you have. read more

My husband and I started going to Dr. Hetland about four weeks ago. I have already seen tremendous improvements! During my first visit, an X-Ray was taken of my spine. I was very impressed by this, as no other Chiropractor I'd gone to before had done this. It was really neat to be able to see those films and be able to pinpoint the exact reasons for my pain. Dr. Hetland is very personable and is really good at explaining concepts involving spinal health so that I feel I actually understand what's going on when I get adjusted!
