I told Caitlin the stylist that I wanted to go all blonde.(no more shadow) She put bleach on my entire head & left it on for about an hour. When she rinsed it out, it was literally ORANGE. All of it. She covered it all with bleach again, & it was thee exact same color when rinsed out. She tried to tell me it just looked like that wet, so we dried it. ORANGE ORANGE ORANGE!!! She then put a toner on it, which made it bleach blonde. From what I could tell, it looked okay, so I paid her $95 & left. When I got home, there were burnt orange circles covering my entire head but the top. My hair was so fried I would pull chunks out when brushing, & had to leave it like that for three months before going to my regular stylist(Robin at Razors Edge) to fix it. I cut it up to my shoulders, & dyed it four times to get the orange out. Not to mention all the treatments. Finally it's growing out & healthy again! I don't know where that girl went to school, but I cannot believe they passed her!! Do not recommended this salon, & if you do go, don't go blonde!!!

Which is hard to find, someone who can use a straight edge. It's family friendly, while there my friend saw kids getting their hair done. The employees are patient and willing to work with all types of clients. Children can sit in the salon chairs or on parent's laps. The employees help take care of different things. They sweep up the floors and make sure everything is clean and organized. There is an air helping each other. The atmosphere is fun, but serious when helping their clients.
