Ryett was very…read morewelcoming, yet the shop looked very disorganized and there weren't any other people (customers or staff) the entire time, Ryett's procedure was very different from what I've ever experienced, however,I thought maybe it was an "Idaho thing", until my nails started loosening and a couple fell off. At the end when she said the charge was $50 I was taken back and asked why so high as it was more than I've ever paid for a fill and I've had them well over 30 yrs. Ryett said it was because she doesn't normally do acrylic and doesn't like doing them,,,, Needless to say I won't be going back!

I normally don't write reviews but I know there will be another husband wanting to treat his wife…read moreand surprise her and book her something one day and stumble upon this place and I want to make sure he knows what he's booking and that when he books he's not paying for the service. The salon is clean but the services were kind of disappointing. The custom facial I got had nothing custom about it - I don't like making blanket statements but it was the worst I've ever had - they use latex gloves the whole time that are too large for their hands so the sound and the feeling of them was not pleasant or relaxing. It didn't feel like the girl wanted to touch my face and most of the time I thought What is happening i've never experienced a facial like this. Half way through it i kicked myself for not taking up the girl up on her offer to do a shorter treatment - especially after i went to leave and found out I had to pay for something that was supposed to be a gift, and the girl checking out joked how the same thing happened to an elderly couple the week before. Obviously, there is a flaw in their booking system. The deep tissue massage was not awful if you don't like pressure I would not call it deep tissue. I won't be going back and honestly would not recommend.
