The attention to detail and the quality of finished work product actually exceeded my expectation. The additions look as though they were "there from the beginning" vs. the way some additions look after the fact. I worked with Travis Bull and highly recommend he and Ronnie Bull construction. They were very responsive, caring, and helpful in making suggestions and recommendations in ways that improved the project. I can't speak for any others experiences, but I'm a very satisfied customer and really would not consider using someone else moving forward should I do any other projects. I highly recommend them! In regards to this project, as the customer, I felt like RBC went above and beyond, yet I'm sure you see it as de rigueur. I thank you for the clear and concise communication between me and my sister in the coordination and conduct of the work, You made our input feel important; no matter how big or how small. I also commend you on how you readily answered questions, return calls, provided feedback, recommendations and meet with other contractors to coordinate the dependency work supporting the overall work product; and that the project overall was completed in such a timely manner. I want you to know that you (RBC), your subcontractor company (KNAM Construction Co.), et al (I wish I know their names), who came to my home to do work whose names I unfortunately do not know were described by my sister as... "wonderful and there is nobody better". Each of you took the time to explain everything they were doing during the course of the project. If going forward in your journey.. someone thinks your prices are a little higher than what others had quoted, I would only say to them "You get what you pay for.", but I personally think the cost were in line with the resultant product deliverable. We hired Chris & his crew to do the siding, roof, and gutters on our home after they were damaged…read moreby a hailstorm. They did a great job from the start, explained different options, and offered a variety of different choices at different price points. We ended up selecting a new vinyl siding, metal roof, and new entry and rear patio doors. As with most projects of this nature, there were some delays caused by weather, but they got it done as fast as they could, and came in on budget. The quality of the work is superb, Chris has an attention to detail that shows in his projects. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. The crews that work for him are real craftsmen, too- And take pride in their work. I felt bad for them, as the roofing portion of the job happened just when a terrible heat wave hit the area, but it didn't slow progress down at all. It all looks, and functions, great!
