I called and the very sympathetic and friendly staff took my call. I explained that I am a big chicken and have had several nightmarish experiences in the past. The person on the phone recommended Dr. Amy and we made an appointment. She was very gentle, friendly and listened to my concerns. I didn't have ANY pain during the procedure! The only drawback was a very sore jaw for a couple of days, but I'm pretty certain that was because I was so tense the whole time, waiting for pain that never came!
