Heartless careless people working there! First I was told I had to have crowns , so I got seven root canals.. The roots were fine.They just said that my enamel was worn down.And in order to have the crowns I would have to have root canals. Then they denied me for root canals.Now my teeth are crumbling out.I never knew that I could be denied.. Finally, they call me last week after a year of waiting and told me that I was approved.And I said , no I just got a paper saying , I was not approved , and they said , nope , you're absolutely approved and they set up an appointment. Literally 5 minutes later.They called back to tell me that it wasn't approved.Still as the woman was laughing like crazy. Never been so disrespected in my life! read more

This company is completely unprofessional, first office they have no phone to actually talk to someone they communicate through text messages....they pulled all my teeth in March 2025 here it is Aug I still do not have my dentures they expect me to wait another 2 mos before I get them when it only takes 3 mos and they pulled them before they had approval from my insurance company which is unusual....when they pulled them they gave me "sedation" didn't even help I felt everything when I told them to stop they still continue.....I had to go back because he didn't even pull all my teeth I still have one tooth completely under my gum dentist claims it is only spurs ya not this been 5 mos now n it's still there....I would highly recommend not going to this office I will never take my family there again....also will be speaking to attorneys for malpractice with all of this read more

They take foreverrr to get back with you on their text line! I waited over a week to hear back about getting an antibiotic! They scheduled me for August 13 at 10am, then texted me this morning, the 12th, to say my appointment was today, but the provider wouldn't be in, so they need to reschedule me for the end of next month! First of all, my appointment is the 13th not the 12th, and secondly, they need to keep their damn word!! Imoving out of town at the end of this month, and I need these teeth pulled! it wasn't awful, unlike the reviews said everyone was extremely nice! however, i felt very rushed. my cleaning took maybe 2 minutes total and i'm not even exaggerating. I take longer to brush my own teeth. Kinda felt like standards were lowered in order to get people in quicker which sucked because i wanted to like it sooooo bad. read more

Dr. Fleming is an amazing dentist! He has been practicing for a number of years, and his experience is evident in his work. I had rather complicated wisdom tooth removal in which the tooth had to be cut, turned, then excised. The procedure was actually really quick and painless. Dr. Fleming had excellent bedside manner and his staff is efficient, courteous, and exceptionally skilled as well. read more

Nobody wants to go to the dentist but Lima Community made me feel comfortable. I was greeted at the window by Rae who was plesant and professional, was quickly taken back for my appointment. Karen the hygienist was very nice and comforting and explained steps to set my mind at ease. Dr. Fleming came in and made me feel like we had been friends for a while. He went over the issues found and they let me know my next steps in getting back on track. It had been a very long time since I had gone to the dentist, but now not so afraid to return. read more

The staf is rude. Tells me I can bring my baby to my appointment if I couldn't find a friend to watch her. Then when I get to my appointment tells me I can leave my 5 month old alone in the waiting room while I'm to get my tooth pulled. Then I ask for my records to go to another dentist and they won't give the records to me. read more

So I haven't even been to this dentist office, all I did was call to find out about getting two cavities filled. Well I'm seriously fed up with people who work at dentist offices BC apparently they think they are better than everyone else. Just BC I don't work at your fancy dentist office doesn't mean I don't understand what is going on. People exist in this world that might have a better understanding BC they aren't stupid. Some people are actually rather smart and maybe they have an even better job than working at a dentist office. These offices aren't that complicated so pls quit acting like the customers don't understand what is going on. I guess I am so upset because this is the third or fourth dentist office with ladies that don't seem to understand how customer service works. I feel like they should be nice and try to understand where the patient is coming from instead of assuming they don't know anything. Maybe I am fed up so I am taking it out on this particular office. But maybe they should learn how to talk to customers so people don't feel this way. It's probably just me, but your fancy dentist office job really isn't that fancy. I guess I should voice how I feel about the other offices so I don't single this one out. But it just happened and I'm not happy. There's actually an office I won't go back to even though I loved the dental hygienist and the Dentist was amazing. The front desk ladies gave me enough reason to never return.
