Despite having numerous tests, they did not know what was wrong and instead gave me an inaccurate, random diagnosis. Their only recommendation was to take a medication that was previously ineffective, saying that it MIGHT work (their words). Not very reassuring. To make it even worse, they overcharged my copay and snuck in a hidden fee for a "missed appointment" that I called in advance to cancel. When I contacted billing to resolve the issue, they told me they "didn't know" why they couldn't give me the money back. When I called back, the woman on the phone sighed in annoyance and was incredibly rude. They promised to call back (multiple times) but have yet to. Tons of expensive lab work and X-rays of which I never received results .... Even after questioning . The PA told me I had one problem and started me on medication. Was told by doctor not to take it, "wasn't necessary". dr. ordered more labs and X-rays, and said to return in 3 weeks but office said I couldn't get in for 3 months.... I saw the PA instead, with reluctance, who again started me on a heavy duty medication without a diagnosis in the hopes "it might work"! what Medical professional does that? I will not return nor will I take their medication. Sorry I spent my time and mega money on tests. A total waste!
