C&M Cleaning Services is FANTASTIC. They drop their card in my doorway a few weeks ago and I sent them an email. They answered my email quickly and after I inform them of what I needed and we agreed on a fair price for my space. C&M Cleaning Services is a family business; two sisters and a cousin. Super nice ladies. Friendly and very polite. I asked for an ID, took a picture with no issues. Everything was on the up an up. Now the job. They work as a two-person team. On their first visit, my home was spotless. Clean. Dusted. You know when your space is clean; you have that clean aroma scent. Love it. Cindy and her cousin/sister just finish and I am a very happy camper. My needs are basic cleaning: dusting, bathroom (2.5), vacuum, moping. Nothing cray-cray. At our first visit we did a walk through and let the crew get…read moreintroduced to our fur babies ( since we don't have 2 legged babies - these ARE our babies ) The staff seemed nice and quickly went to work. The first cleaning was fantastic! very thorough and even left us a candle and thank you card. at 900 sq feet, 2 beds 1 1/4 bath $142.80 seemed high but it was worth it to have the extra help. The next couple times were lack luster performances. Frames weren't straightened out after dusting, little things here and there. Then our first item was broken. A hand blown glass vase given to us as a wedding present. We were told they would replace it, but it was a one of a kind gift by our friend. Then the cleaning just got sloppy. Footprints left behind after mopping ( everyone knows you mop yourself OUT of the room ) the shower curtain would be rolled up around the rod, frames not straight etc. I had left a review to management and was told that, "if I wanted things done a specific way, just leave a note for the maids." This was frustrating because then it made me feel like I was nit-picking. The next visit, instead of being on top of their game, our hallway rug had been wadded and thrown on my desk, shower curtain again, rolled up in to the rod to clean the tub, bath rugs had not been put back, tub not cleaned, toilet not cleaned, sink still dirty, trash not emptied, coffee table not wiped down, pictures crooked... then I looked around and realized something. Where are our dogs? We took advantage knowing the ladies were coming and went to early dinner, arriving home at 7pm. When we realized that once they came at 1pm our dogs had been left OUTSIDE in 104+ heat WITH NO WATER after drinking it all and their dog door LOCKED. I was beyoooonnndddd livid. I sent him an email since the office was closed. I got this response: " Oh no, I can only imagine after a long day you wanted to come home to that. I agree, leaving your pets locked outside is unacceptable. I haven't spoken with the ladies yet today but I will definitely make sure that doesn't happen again." Never did he say SORRY. When I thought about it overnight we decided to cancel our services, and I requested a refund which was not given... what a disappointment.
