They came and poured concrete right over the existing issue and left. the same problems occurred with the new pour that existed prior, as they weren't resolved. Not only did BACA blow off our warentee dept when they had scheduled meetings after that, but then continued to not answer the phone and essentially ignore the depts calls. it's been two months and no one has come to reassess our driveway, still.
