There were a few of the usuals such as roaches and palmettos but a MAJOR infestation of sugar ants in almost every room. Chris from Custom Pest Solutions came out and spent quite a bit of time both inside and out, explained what he found and took care of. No more roaches or palmettos and did put a dent in the infestation but still they were a problem despite the baiting and all. The 2nd treatment took care of the remainder of those pesky little ants except for the family room. Called Custom and Christopher came right out. He found them nesting under my carpet pad! Problem solved. I've had interactions with 3 individuals at Custom. Each leaving me with the feeling "I like this company". After 3 visits from Chris, I've gotten to know him a bit. Very personable, intelligent, seems to love his job which I find rather comical, and has only good things to say about the company and the treatment of their employees. I use companies providing other services that are professional, dependable, polite, and do a good job but I put Custom Pest Solutions in a class of their own. There's just such a great aura about them.

But As soon as Tyler, from Custom Pest Solutions, came to my house with shoe covering (which was much appreciated since I just finished mopping my floors) and a mask, I immediately felt safe and relived i didn't have to worry about dirt and pest. Tyler checked my drawers and cabinets for the evidence of pest and which kind. He was very knowledgeable in his field and was able to let me know what we are dealing with. To much relief, i thought i was dealing with terminates and fire ants! He was honest about his treatment plan on how to control the pest and gave me some quotes. Each quote was affordable, reasonable and clear. We chose the yearly service because i don't want to ever deal with this pest nightmare again. And he offered same day service! I put 2 stars only because the technician was knowledgeable and made an honest attempt to trap the animals. However, without success. The company has a great business model. They get paid whether they succeed or fail at the task. I would not recommend their services to any potential clients.

I reached out to 4 companies and some of them didn't even bother showing up to my home to make an assessment before providing me a quote. Kenny showed up at my house on the same day we called, and his price was the most competitive of them all. He set up traps and went on his way, sadly for him and myself the squirrels never went in, this went on for almost a week and he showed up every day and checked, on the last day he decided to try an inside trap as we finally figured out the squirrels went through a wall. He set up a trap inside the house on the wall and the next morning the two squirrels had been captured and not harmed. He came to remove the trap and it was touching to see how caring he was towards the squirrels; they were dehydrated and he immediately made arrangements to take them to someone that would bring them back to life and care for them before being set back free. I highly recommend this company, they are true professionals, so very kind and respectful. They always wore masks coming into the house or even outside of the house and just overall an amazing experience for something that was annoying to begin with. We spoke and he came out the next morning which was a Saturday. I have 4 cats and multiple saltwater tanks that I was concerned about. He was very reassuring about what products he used and we have had zero problems. Ghost ants were my issue and making me insane. Joe checks in frequently to make sure I'm not seeing any. And I've texted him reporting ant sightings and he's come, again, the next day. Long story short, USE MARTINI PEST!!! Great communication and affordable and you can tell he cares.
