Liberty kept our house pest free for many years, once I switched we had to go back. Liberty welcomed us back and came to spray the next day. Liberty Pest was the first place I called after purchasing my home a couple of years ago, and so far will be the last. The first thing they took care of was the massive ant party the previous home owners left behind. No ant party issues since then. My property is serviced quarterly. Liberty typically sends me a text the day before to remind me of the appointment. Upon arrival they always knock on my front door to courteously let me know they've arrived. They always ask if anything out of the ordinary needs to be addressed. The preventative maintenance of the house exterior has kept the inside pest free with very few exceptions. Staff has offered helpful DIY tips on how to keep it that way. I know if anything becomes an issue, they'll make time to come over and fix it ASAP. Living in Florida, pests are a fact of life. Any home owner who DOESNT have a pest service in this state is insane. There, I said it! I've owned two houses previously and had the same company with both of them for years and years. Unfortunately, once I moved to New Port Richey, that company wouldn't service my new house. I made calls to two pest control companies. This one and one that "rises from the ashes." That other company came out and slapped me with a quote that was close to the price of the new AC unit I just put in. Smh. Then, Liberty came out the same day I called them - did the same things as the first company - looked at everything the other company looked at. And even pointed out a few areas to keep an eye on and explained to me what I was looking for or should have checked/fixed. Liberty serviced my whole house and set me up on a nice quarterly plan that I was expecting (from my previous pest control experiences that I had for my other houses). They answered all my questions (and my wife's) with clarity. This isn't what earned them this review though. About a week later, we're tearing up wallpaper in the house and saw some scary damage that looked like termite residue. We quickly called Liberty and John was soooooo awesome putting our mind at ease, asking thoughtful questions and simply helping us understand what we were looking at and if we had to do something - how to deal with it. He literally spent 20-30 mins on the phone with my wife and I answering all questions and being super understanding of our fears and taking care of us. Great company to work with. When we were moving into our new home I shot out a ton of Request A Quotes on Yelp for everything imaginable (cleaning service, pest control, lawn service, pool service, etc.). It took seconds and I was able to get a ton of information in a short amount of time. Liberty Pest Management was quick to respond, gave a super reasonable quote (it was either the lowest or one of the lowest) and was really easy to communicate with. Also, look at all their five star Yelp reviews! I trust my Yelpers. My husband handled all the communication with them after I set up the initial appointment because I was out of the country and he is smitten. No joke, my husband even told me to mention how awesome Dean is (and he doesn't offer praise readily). They come to spray every quarter and they texted him the day before to give him a heads up so he was able to tell them about a wasp's nest forming in the back. If they didn't initiate that communication we wouldn't have been able to get that taken care of. The proof is in the pudding and we haven't had any pest problems so far. It's Florida so I expect we will get some here and there, but I'm glad we get sprayed quarterly so I don't have to worry about stumbling upon a cockroach family reunion! read more
