It is hard to loved one, and they see you at the worst time in your life.. I am not sure without the genuine care and compassion I received from Ben I would have made it through the loss of my husband. Not one time did they try to up sell me anything, they did the exact opposite, Ben called often just to check on me. Our services were beautiful and amazing.. read more

Two weeks ago we buried my grandfather. Ben and his wife made the planning and funeral process extremely easy and comforting. Not only did they show compassion, but they truly had empathy for my family. We were treated so well and provided so much information to help us during and after the funeral. The respect and care they showed and gave my grandfather will forever be remembered. I felt like they treated us as if we were family members. I 100% recommend Rhone funeral home and will only use them to care for my family in the future. Ben and Keri, thank you from the bottom of my heart. read more

Rhone Funeral Home is a full service funeral home offering an array of services to families who have lost loved ones. These services include the sale of caskets and memorial accessories to provide traditional and non-traditional funerals; memorial services for cremations and committal services for all burials. The funeral home is owned and operated by Benjamin W. Rhone, a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. Ben is committed to his customer's needs and is dedicated to providing the community with an association of a trustworthy, compassionate, forward thinking and highly ethical funeral director. Rhone Funeral Home is driven by the passion of its responsive, young and innovative funeral director who is dedicated to serving the community and is willing to change in order to meet the needs of the customer. The funeral home offers a quality, dignified service of love at a competitive cost.

Meet the Business Owner: Ben R.

Ben Rhone has an Associate of Applied Science degree from San Antonio College/ Department of Mortuary Science. Ben, funeral home director, founder and first generation funeral service provider, has worked in every aspect of funeral services. He has been in the funeral industry most of his life and is very passionate about helping people. He started his career in Palestine after graduating from San Antonio College and has served families across the area for over 2 decades. He and his wife Keri established Rhone Funeral Home in 2016 and carefully chose a staff of caring and Christian people who have committed their lives to serving others as they would want to be served. Ben is active and supports the community. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club, Palestine Area Chamber of Commerce, Grapeland Chamber of Commerce, A Former Board Member of Meals on Wheels, Palestine Rotary Club, Texas Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association.
