HOW and WHY do people have to ruin everything? this place has great machines. the owners take care of this place. they keep it clean, they keep machines up to date, they have contact info at all times if you have an issue. they even allowed for a time for homeless people stay inside to keep warm and to use the wifi during their open hours. AND what they get is a bunch of losers, criminals, who come in and trash the place. Then she texted me and told me she had taken my stuff to her house, fallen asleep and my stuff wasn't done. I asked her several times when she would have my stuff done and no response until 5:45 when she said 6:30. I can't begin to tell you how unprofessional it was to take my stuff to her house first of all, who does that? I almost called the police to file thrift charges because she wouldn't communicate with me, she told me her 2yo had her phone. They're lucky I even paid. The prices aren't too bad. The small machines are $4.75 and the larger ones are $6.75. The dryer is included when you wash since it's right above the washer you use. There's a gas station close by for snacks so that's convenient. We haven't had a bad experience yet. The machines always work. There's a bathroom too. That's clean as well. There's plenty of laundry carts if needed. There's a change machine as well. If you need laundry detergent or dryer sheets there's some available to purchase. The tables help fold laundry when it's done.

They have a change machine in case you don't have quarters. The change machine accepts bills up to $20, which is all I had. It gave me back three five dollar bills and five dollars in quarters. After 10 days and countless come backs, the excuses of still can't find them or they aren't back yet, continued. Finally got my 2 pairs of very expensive Jos A Banks pants back and the scorched pair was ruined. Not a friendly or quality customer service business.
