They have a decent aquarium section which includes some marines, a very nice reptile section and stock a wide variety of pet accessories. Staff are helpful and those in charge of the animals are the most dedicated I have come across. They are more concerned with the animals well being than making a sale which I find very commendable. They stock a good range of animal foods at reasonable prices. Also they stock one of the best local selections of wild bird food and feeders. When I have ordered in an item it has taken a long time to come in. It can be very busy on the weekends.

They also sell duck food - which is always a hit with the kids (there is a large pond attached to the garden centre with quite a lot of ducks and other fowl) I think it is a family run concern and the staff do seem knowledgeable about their products. They stock a good range of cat and dog foods but recently stopped our rabbits brand which is Delta and sold us something which was supposed to be the equivalent but the rabbit would not touch it. I know get this from the Countrywide store in Carmarthen. I do find that customer service does not seem to be a priority as you can sometimes feel you are intruding when asking the staff about a particular query.

They sell all kinds of pet food and toys and also sell some pets such as hamsters or rabbits. I went there with my partner to buy some fish food recently and she went to have a look at the hamsters and fell in love with one. Twenty minutes later we were walking out the store with some fish food, a hamster cage and a hamster. When you pay they always give you advice and say if there are any problems just bring them back. Overall a good service and feel that they actually care about the animals they are selling.

There are not many places in Swansea where you can buy a chameleon or gecko, as well as receive advice on how to house it and what to feed it! And if you fancy a tarantula you can get one here. Thay also have a great selection of cold water and tropical fish, tanks and accessories, and birds. You can also buy food such as crickets and mice for reptiles. This is a great little shop and I always enjoy coming here.
