I purchased a car from a dealership, and this company handles registrations for them. I bought the vehicle in December 2024, and now it's the end of January 2025, and I still don't have my plates. I have to call them every week to find out where my plates are. I already know all their names, and everyone just blames someone else for the delay. No one knows anything, and they offer unprofessional excuses, like claiming they didn't get all my contact info from the dealership to reach me on time. This place is a joke.
