Was only gonna leave 1 star but the costumer service I got from everyone except who sold me the policy (Bryan) was good or at least trying to help. I bought a car insurance policy from Adriana's and for some reason instead of insuring me they insured my dad as we have the same name. Never gave them any of my dad's information so I couldn't understand how it happened. Called back and just got the run around for 3 weeks now I get told the policy is finally under my driver licenses but they can't do nothing bout the 3 weeks I waiting for the insurance to be put under my license. This place is by far the worse insurance company. I called to get a quote on insurance an i got hung up on. So i went on line an then automatically got a text. The person Jose on the other end asked if i prefer text or a call. Of course i said call. But he continued to text. He was terrible instead of telling me the quote he text just stay with your current insurance. Because they dont offer full coverage. So he waited for over 45 mins of texting to tell me that. After i told him from the beginning what i wanted. Customer service was a Zero I can't imagine how people think its ok to waste others time. What a sorry excuse for a job honestly. They act like they care about you and "your money" that was already put into the insurance, but when they want to charge you extra because they can't seem to put your card on file correctly and cancel without any phone calls or warnings. It's complete bullshit. I went ahead and gave them a new card number the first time they did it to me, mind you I was on vacation, out of the country, and took the time to take care of it. And they can't even call me to tell me that my policy might be cancelled because they didn't get my form of payment right the first time. Again bullshit. The definition of a scam and deceitful practice. Q: My car broke down on the side of the freeway. What do I do? A: Don't even bother calling us, were not even open to even take your call. Heck, if we are, well just transfer you 30+ times in one phone call and let you know that the tow fee is $200+ or you're on your own full coverage or not. There are no free rides here. Ever. What gave you that idea? Q: My car was stolen and I need info for the Police. Should I call you? A: Nope. We won't help you because we must speak with whoever's name is on the policy to give that info to even though you are on the policy and you clearly confirmed your OWN info repeatedly. It's just our "security policy." Tough luck. Q: Can I pay a bill? Update: after constantly calling the customer service manager (who is by the way awful, scheming, and vindictive) I have been promised a semi-refund. However, after almost 2 months "it is being processed." Every time I call the main office the manager is at lunch or not in yet. When I call the actual branch no one seems to know what I'm talking about, and the manager is conveniently never there. On December 20th 2015 I was in an automobile accident in my new 2015 Nissan Sentra that I owe let's just say twenty thousand and some odd dollars on. Long story short my claim was denied by Alliance United due to the fact that I supposedly signed on the declaration of my policy that incase of an accident if someone else was driving my vehicle collision wouldn't be covered. The driver who was driving my vehicle is not on my excluded drivers on my policy, does not live with me and does have a valid California drivers license. It took Alliance United, Adriana's insurance as well as their corporate office a month to send me a copy of my original policy that I e signed over the internet. Needless to say when I received my policy I physically took it in an demanded that they show me where on the policy did I sign such a thing and they could not pin point where. I called count less times and left both verbal as well as voice messages and not once was my call returned and all I wanted was a copy of my policy that I signed. Antonio a supervisor at Adriana's insurance is currently helping me out with this whole situation. I will post an update next Monday. read more
