And then we almost missed our deadline to file a response when one of his staff went on vacation and nobody else seemed to be aware of the mandatory filing. A couple of weeks later I spoke with Mr. Reznik. That conversation led me to expect receiving a draft of our Demand Letter for review. I waited a week, but didn't receive anything. Then I sent an email requesting a draft of the Demand Letter, or at least a status. That email went unacknowledged. Again, I waited a week, still nothing, so I called the office. I was told Attorney Reznik was busy with his other clients, but would be available to speak with me the following week. I replied that I didn't necessarily need to speak with him, but was looking for a response to my inquiries about the Demand Letter and the status of my case. His staff m member repeated that he would be available to speak with me the following week. 18 days and counting and I still had no current information about my case. I complained, they released me as a client and refunded the balance of my retainer.
