I agree with all the other bad reviews. I regret not reading them prior to my appointment. I went based on a recommendation from a friend, but I am not happy at all with their services. After analizing my case with Filex and another Union Law Group attorney, Filex confirmed the plan of action to be followed. He told me to wait for an email with the quote for their services. Cobran demasiado y solo saben llenar formularios, toman tu dinero y no te vuelven a hablar .. cuando recibes tu cita de inmigración ellos ni se enteran, te cambian de abogado a cada rato y nadie sabe nada de tu caso. Don't waste your time here. I have been dealing with a case for a change of status through marriage for over 3 years and they can't seem to resolve anything for me. this is by far the worst law firm in San Diego. if I can give it 0 stars I would. They passed my case down to 5 different paralegals who I had to repeat my case w/ over and over again. The day of my interview w/ the immigration officer they sent a hopeless little girl who had just studied my case the night before and had no clue of what was really going on. Don't listen to anything that they say all they want is there money and once they get it, you are practically on your own. They don't communicate or follow up w/ you. I regret filing a case w/ this firm but if I can help someone out by avoiding the. coming here I most definitely will. read more

I have a case with these lawyers and I really regret it! When I signed my contract it states they have a 24 hour return call, seems like they don't care bout their clients and only about the money. I understand the immigration processing time is not in their hands but at least get in contact with your clients and give them an update. They did all the process wrong and now my husband has to wait more time until they approve his papers it's been over 4 years and at the beginning supposedly the process was only going to take less than 1 year. I feel like they have taken advantage of me. I do not recommend them. read more

First of all they filled out my documentation wrong and immigration returned it (for this reason there was a 9+ month more wait), every document Immigration sent, I had to call them and ask what it was because they never did! and I can continue with everythinh bad these lack of knowledge these "lawyers" have! BUT the worse was when we flew out to mexico for our appt. and Guess what!!! They never made an appointment for the medical!! THEY NEVER DID!!! Good thing the Doc. I went to the office in Tijuana and they took such great care of me. I had already done what the attorney called the difficult portion but he agreed to take care of the part I really didn't want to do which was deal with INM. I highly recommend the Tijuana office! read more

People be aware of this Law Group, does not provide full information about their services, they ask for money for you to reserve your appointment, but if have to cancel for any reason they wont refund your money, they never explained how the process was, also didn't specified in the receipt or anything is posted in their business that you will lose your money just in case something would happen, AS I MENTIONED BE AWARE OF THIS LAW FIRM. Finally they agreed to return the money, we had spoke to a lady who was really rude over the phone, but David Rodriguez was kind and able to fix the issue. read more
