Be very careful with this company and personally I would check out another company on waverunners. I own a few waverunners myself for 20 years so let's start there as I am knowledgeable on how they operate etc. Before we started there was a huge commotion as one of people coming back had flipped over and they said they were charging them $1,200. From someone that owns 2 Yamaha and have had friends flip it, We never had much of an issue and in fact they are sealed quite well unless the seal is broken or it's in bad shape. I asked the guy what exactly happed and all he could say is they didn't follow the rules. I went out there and it got very choppy and it honestly it's reasonable for this to happen. Also qualified workers going out watching are there to help not put up such a scam. It made me not even want to take me and my family. As we get to look at both waverunners to check condition, I'm told look at 3 marks on damage & they did not want to allow me to write all the marks & yet it was way more than 3 spots. When I gave my CC one guy said oh nice card because of how heavy lol but it gives you an idea how uncomfortable I felt & by looking at reviews , there seems to be a theme here. Frankly they are about 20 years old if not older with not just scratches but make chips , condo repair, cracks, both mirrors broken & speedometer broken on both waverunners so you have no clue how fast. And after that scenario my daughter & aunt felt very uncomfortable. You should take video of condition of waverunner before even getting in it as they tell you you are responsible for damage & not to get near any boats etc. As we are ready the waves are coming in and frankly it is chaotic & never seen any professionals act thus wave. In fact these young adults made it more dangerous. There is about 100 feet safe zone for boat drop offs & waverunners to leave. Now they say it's time to go now. 2 boats are at inject do there isn't a ton of space. Recall when I mentioned if you hit a boat it's your fault but literally the waves are throwing you around before even getting out. My daughter gets on as they push out. Now my aunt is pulled out and the wave runner is thrown abruptly against her which pushes her against the tied rope one at where not to cross. Not only did it bruise her but she has a nasty 2 inch cut from it. Why the heck they pushed out right next to rope us beyond me and it was with 10 feet of boat wuth waves. Again this would not happen in the states, these guys need proper safety training on how to escort guest & push out unit. We cut out time from 1 hour to 30 minutes as even me doing this for decades wanted no chance of flipping & getting charged. It's funny I had absolute no desire in going fast & trust me I've gotten my own up to 65 mph so I well where of capacity & what can be done. On the couple they were trying to charge , it's reasonable to flip right over , take out of water & drain water out from back from drain plug. These machines are made for abuse as you can see walking up to them. Another note that both had fiberglass repair and ripped seats. Let me tell you the repair was cheap & I would tell you a couple of hundred bucks but I bet they charged some poor client $1,200-$2,500. When you see a scam going on it makes you extremely nervous to move on while they hold your credit card. Oh and the guy who was supposed to show us drone video never came back & we had to leave as a bonus but that would have been extra. Not to mention the guy flying drone right over waverunner. This is not legal & my aunt actually flies them for business, thus was done not in a safe way. Too many red flags to recommend. Sorry you not only put people's safety at risk but then you want to charge for unpredictable, Stay away and make sure you check company first & check waverunners. It's been decades where they can back up with a button and have better stability from flipping. Older ones are easier to flip. Also it's unlikely to flood a compartment to damage parts if turned over fairly quickly & that's what the staff 2 staff on the water are there for to help non experienced drivers! Unless you hit something , they should not be trying to charge or remove them after reckless driving. Update: Before renting , check it out first and you will see how old the models are and not in great shape. In regards to my aunt , there was no safety precautions which caused the injury & they should if waited at the right moment , they are absolute amateurs. The owner clearly has no clue & review past negative reviews which aligns with what I saw happening. Market value on these waverunners are below 1k. I know what I heard and asked your employee why would you try to charge. Solid companies do not have 3 star reviews. Professionals take responsibility

The guys working we're really kind and helpful. And we mentioned wanting to see the arch and beach across the water and they set us up for a water taxi after jet skis. The water taxi was another decent wait, as there was a party ahead of us, but the trip was phenomenal and our captain took good pics for us with his phone. I would normally give less stars because it involved a bit of waiting but I'm on vacation and in a good mood and the guys were cool.

It's a little more pricey than other places, but having a direct shuttle to and from our resort (especially since ours was 30 minutes away) was the main reason why I was okay with the $60.00 (for two people) price tag. Average prices is usually $30.00 for two, but doesn't provide shuttle service. We booked the 9:30AM trip meaning the shuttle left the resort at 8:00AM, the driver was very friendly and chatted us about the history of some of the places that we passed by. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful for those that needed it (helped an older lady because she was unsteady getting on the boat, helped another lady that was in a leg brace on as well). The tour was great, the weather was beautiful and also gave us time to take pictures at particular arch locations. We were just appreciative since it was early so there weren't that many people on the water so we had a great tour and left enough time for lunch before our parasailing adventures. Would def recommend this company for those that need an activity company that provides shuttle rides to their excursion from their resort!
