Everyone positive. They are truly formally trained in this "trade" and profession which we checked out and was important to us. We also were looking for a plumbing service that we can use for the rest of our life here at the lake and found these folks the one's we will use. Can't thank them enough along with the Owner Robert W who I too spoke with!!!!!!!

My toilet has been clogged since Saturday and believe it or not, A+ Plumbing were the first plumbers to even want to come out and check the clog. We are new to the area so I went to the Yellow Pages for info, since there were hardly any reviewed plumbers. I started on the first page and started calling for estimates. See all those BIG fancy ads on the plumbers page? I called four of the biggest and not one came out. The first one said "Call me back and leave your info, I'll be by this afternoon." Nothing, he never came, he never called. I had one of the biggest shops give me advice on how to unclog the toilet MYSELF!! Oh Lordy!! Finally, I took a chance and called one of the plumbers with the small ad on the second page of shops. Bingo!!! I talked to Dave the owner who said his coworker Mark, would be out shortly. AND HE WAS THERE WITHIN THE HOUR. Eventually, Dave had to come out and work on the access pipe outside the house and within 3hrs of my phone call, my problem had been solved!! A+ was incredibly professional, timely, neat, honest and fairly priced. I would never hesitate to call them again. 5 stars!!!

Teresa and David did a wonderful job! They showed up to appointments on time, completed the…read moreremodel on time and did it on budget which during this pandemic, was a real challenge. Teresa has a great eye for color and design. David was able to execute what we decided on and it looks better that what we'd envisioned. They both went above and beyond. A special thank you to David who, after the remodel was completed, he reinstalled a glass shower door on a weekend when a guest carelessly broke it. Amazing people! I've already recommended them to many others. I should say we spoke to three other contractors, two of whom showed up late or not at all for an estimate. The third, showed up and we discussed materials but never followed through with anything and wouldn't get back with us. I can only imagine what would happen if we had been stuck with any of them.

We found Teresa's Tile and Carpet. Without us having to be there, they went out to measure, offered their thoughts on luxury vinyl flooring for the family room and baths and carpet for the two bedrooms. They also suggested the colors for both. All work was completed on time. We were able to go visit in mid December, and to see the results for the first time. We were thrilled with not only the job they did, but the colors they recommended. We would highly recommend Teresa's Tile and Carpet to others and will be calling them again for future projects.

I had the three highest rated tree companies in my area out to my place for quotes. I needed four…read moretrees taken down but I wanted a quote for the absolute cheapest and then a quote for cleanup (in case I didn't want to do the extra work). BG was the first to call me back and the first to come out for a quote. The second two companies had somewhat reasonable quotes once they got back to me but BG blew their quotes out of the water. BG's quote was under half the price of the other two. I told BG initially to come out whenever to drop the trees (wasn't in a hurry) but later asked them if they could come out sooner. Brandon worked us into the schedule much sooner than planned. Once they arrived, the guys were professional and courteous. They humored my kids when they asked questions too! Brandon made sure the guys cut the stumps as close to the grass level as possible so I could still pull vehicles in the area. MUCH appreciated. Even though I told the guys they were welcome to drive through my crappy yard with their trucks (I honestly didn't mind), they couldn't (in good conscience) do it. When filling their chainsaws and equipment with gas/oil, they took them off the driveway without me asking to make sure not to leave any stains. BG sets the bar high for other tree service companies in the area. I've used others before but after this experience, I'll be sticking with BG.
