I needed to make an appointment for lab work. I went in person and Sue took about a half hour to make appointment. When I arrived for lab work, I discovered she had been clueless when making my appointment and I was there 2 and a half hours. She didn't apologize. She told me that although she is at front desk, she never received any training and therefore, not her fault. She blamed administration for putting her in a job which she was incapable of doing. I do plan of contacting ombudsman.

I went for a general overview but she had only time to look at one or two items on my body. I don't even trust her assessment of the one thing she did examine as she keep insisting it was caused by trauma and was scarring when I've never had trauma there. (It was a mole that changed colors. She kept insisting the white was scar tissue from an old scab.) The two minutes she deigned to give me (after my appointment started so late) were a waste in terms of getting any medical help. But told me what I need to do and it was a sigh of relief that it was that simple and not a bigger issue. I will definitely be back and will recommend her to all my friends.

Hence the need for places like this little gem! What a gorgeous office space they have here. Amazing fit and finishes inside, private parking, clean facility and restrooms and tons of designer frames to choose from. On top of that, the staff here is amazing. Friendly, helpful, warm and caring. The doctor is such a nice guy. Seriously....he rocked my socks. Probably the most important variable of all! This location is convenient and close to many other shops and restaurants. I definitely will be back in the future!

Seems no one can explain what happened to her and she has now been released back to that facility My granddaughter is nonverbal and at the mercy of caregivers and I can only pray that God will watch over her because this facility is questionable at best please do not put your child there or your relative!

If any back/spine/neck/nerve/head issues apply to you, get a referral (she is referral-only for new patients) and make an appointment with her immediately. She will find what other doctors probably failed to find and be able to help get you on the right path quicker then anyone else could. Pay out of pocket if you have to. I've never met a more thorough, compassionate and innovative doctor in my life that's first response isn't just to cut you open. Let's start with something important: her office informed me she runs late because she spends a lot of time with her patients. Sounds, fair right? Most doctors run late. With Dr. Blades, I had an 11am appointment with a requested 10:45am arrival. I wasn't seen until almost 3pm. Yes, you read that right. Next time, i'm bringing an arsenal of snacks, my laptop, and a pillow to snooze in the exam room. That was a long time. I felt very drained by the time it was my turn. But once Dr. Blades got to me, and we concluded our appointment, I didn't care. I would've waited all day for her. I've never hugged a doctor in my life until her. She'll spend as much time with you as you need (she doesn't rush) and won't try to just prescribe meds and send you on your way (like many doctors often do). She really studies everything and even went out of her way to personally make a few calls to doctors she thought would be of benefit to me. If you seek a doctor for any of the above, you know how draining this sector of medicine can be. I wish I found her sooner and I hope this review will help others find her more quickly then I did.

I'll go back to CHPA, thanks. Don't love them but THEY haven't insulted my child or dismissed her concerns
