OMG, beware of the costs! Summa charges $590.25 per physical therapy session! For me that was under…read morean hour so they charge an effective rate over $600 per hour! Just the evaluation was $391.50. It's no wonder the US healthcare system is so screwed up! These rates might be justified in a Manhattan high rise, maybe, but in Uniontown OH? Really? Outrageous! In addition, I only found out about the rates when I received the bill. No upfront disclosure of the rates at all. Just a bill. Even my family doctor charges "only" $120 for an office visit. Even if he only spends 15 minutes with me, that's still less per hour than what Summa is charging for a physical therapy session. Seems to me that a doctor with years of medical school should be able to charge more than a physical therapist. Not to minimize the abilities or skill of a physical therapist, but I'll bet the actual therapist sees maybe 10% of that amount. Where is the rest going? To the MANY big and fancy buildings Summa is building all over the place. Vote with your wallets folks. Avoid Summa at all cost!

He greeted us at the car got a wheelchair for my mom checked her in while I went and parked the car and did the same when we exited the building what a fantastic gentleman. The woman that helped us I think her name was Trish Tricia, Dr. Tricia, who gave the Cortizone shot and spoke with us was outstanding well educated clear speaking just very kind human. My mom was pain-free within minutes after having the Cortizone shot and was able to walk into her apartment building by the time we got home.

That tiny slip perfectly illustrates the daily theater of disdain she orchestrates: a culture of cold judgment, passive aggression, and thinly veiled hostility. Grace Hospital should be mortified that this is the face of their intake department. Sharon turns what should be moments of guidance and support into exercises in humiliation. Families deserve compassion, patience, and professionalism--not a masterclass in petty cruelty from someone who clearly delights in making others feel small. If I never return to that floor, it would still be far too soon.

I completed a tour and was impressed with cleanliness of the facility. I was told at the time that there was only one slot available and to secure it I was to pay the $75 application fee. I went home right away and paid. This was back in December of 2021.I received an email stating my kiddo was approved. I was so excited for her to start. Well today is January 27th and my emails have been ignored. My calls not returned by Sarah, the Director. But of course somehow they were able to getting around to charging me $560 for services never received. My little one has never stepped foot in their facility. My apologies for the lengthy review but I just had make it known that I would never recommend a company who takes care of children and feels it is professional to take someone's money then them more money for services not rendered.

As he has gotten older, the staff has nurtured and fostered his curiosity and learning...everything from music to gross motor to early reading and math! As a elementary school principal, I have pretty high standards about learning and about leadership. I REALLY like Brandi and Joy as a leadership team...again, open, honest, welcoming, wanting feedback,etc. I knew it was the right place when I had my tour 6 years ago. They gave us the grand tour without even thinking about it. Everything was clean. No smell that you usually get in memory care. Showed us laundry,cafeteria , private rooms. We have definitely found the place for my mom
