I called and left messages for…read moreweeks trying to just make an appt to get a call randomly to get them done right then over thw phone no appointment with no talk of how much it would cost, I know I should've asked. but $475 plus $50 per state w2 is alot in my opinion for a simple return with simple deductions. They just sent an invoice after, didnt ask how I wanted pay, just filled beforhand. When I asked to get the fee taken out of my return they said they could do that but failed to let me know it was another $120 just to do that. Our simple w2's talk return cost $900 to file. ***Edit and update for I have since spoke on the phone *** I have respect for their work and Im sure they do some great work for lineman with tax preparation needs. Therefore I approached the conversation with general concern with questions politely. Being rude and ugly would get neither of us anywhere. I spoke with Jennifer Mills and espressed my concerns of the charges, mainly about it not being disclosed and unknown charges added after the fact. She transfered me over to the booking Jennifer who handles the billing. I was immediately met with the statement that she can't help i dont like the prices and she can't help me, get my taxes done somewhere else next year and that I should've asked for the price. When I spoke I was constantly interrupted and talked over and at one point I asked if she could not interrupt me and talk over me that I was trying to be respectful. I was hit with an immediate snarky "No.." Again I understand prices can be what it is, my main issue was it not being disclosed upfront and extras added after filling. I didn't get a receipt for the $120 bank transfer fee and was told I could receive that back. At the moment I have not. I was really hopeful in being referred and had had hopes in a furthering a business relationship for potential bookkeeping. Unfortunately I was not met with the professionalism and guidance that was expected.

They got on the phone talked back and forth and decided That I would wire the whole payment for the car which paid it off in full and she would mail them the title to my truck.
