Never went to court never got my modification. I filed a complaint with the office of chief of disciplinary committee of the Missouri bar. I'm out my money and he refuses to refund my retainer or any other requests I have sent him! I am not the only one that he has done this to there are many others but they don't know how to remedy their loss. Some of those have lost houses, marital assets, children, licenses (drivers ect), people have told me! So before hiring an attorney even if they have an A plus rating, do some investigating, ask the citizens and other people you may know if the lawyer is trustworthy honorable and if he or she practices ethical practice. Since they swear an oath to be ethical (and more) about their professional practices when they graduate college and receive the bar membership.

He has always been up front about the what I was facing and he is a very honest straight forward and outstanding Lawyer and an all around good guy. When I wrote these reviews I was going through something that no parent should ever have to go through and I was mad at the world and I took it out on Mr. Voss and I never should have done so. He is still my Lawyer to this day and even after I wrote the nad reviews online he did not turn his back on me he stayed in the fight with me and that really says alot about how great of a person and Lawyer he is. I would recomend to anyone that needs a Lawyer to use Mr. Voss he will get the job done.
