Last week Dr. Molesphini extracted one of my teeth as part of the initial stage for implant or bridge installation (tbd a few months from now). The extraction itself went fine - quick and painless. However, before and during the procedure I was suffering from (unrelated) digestive distress, and throughout, I was literally jumping out of the seat every ten minutes or so to take care of what I needed to, there in the exam room. This turned into rather a mortifying experience for me. But throughout the entire time, Dr. M. as well as his assistant were fabulous. Patient, compassionate, and kind. I wanted to go through with the procedure though Dr. M. repeatedly (and wisely) asked me throughout if I wanted to continue. Kudos to him and his assistant that evening for turning a very difficult and embarrassing situation for me into one that was professionally and gracefully handled. I so much appreciate this. In 25 years of seeing both Dr. Molesphini and Dr. Chustckie, as well as many years seeing Debbie S. for my cleanings, I have been extremely pleased with their work and my outcomes. I couldn't recommend this practice highly enough.

Since we share the same insurance and I was told my out of pocket cost would be no more than $100, I trusted this office and started my treatment with Dr. Elisa Marants, supervised by Dr. Jeffrey Chustckie. What happened next was absolutely unacceptable. After a few months, I discovered that my insurance had stopped paying because the office closed my Invisalign case after only 5 months, even though my treatment was clearly not finished. My case involved one single tooth, and there was no clinical justification for ending the treatment early. My insurance confirmed that they would resume payments if the provider simply reopened the case. Instead, the office refused to do it. To make things worse, when I called to ask for clarification, the staff told me: "We will call you back after speaking with Dr. Marants." They never called. Not once. No follow up, no explanation, no accountability. I reached out again, and the response was the same: no responsibility, no willingness to fix their own mistake, and absolutely no concern for the patient. Because they closed the case prematurely, my insurance paid only about $1,500, and I was left with an incomplete treatment and a financial situation that I never agreed to. This entire experience has been: * Unprofessional * Irresponsible * Poorly managed * Completely lacking in patient care and ethics I strongly warn anyone considering Invisalign or any dental treatment here: Avoid this office. Their lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism caused me unnecessary stress, financial damage, and an unfinished treatment.

The staff here has really helped me with the psychological side of my visits, and much better than that is the dentist herself. For the first time in my life my teeth were made numb on the first attempt. I felt absolutely no pain and very minimal discomfort which has made me much more confident about getting all the work that I need done. I'm not sure about the reviews that report up-selling... I have expressed my willingness to spend a lot of money to get my teeth to look like I don't work on a pirate ship, and they have only told me that we'll worry about that later. If they were grabbing for my money I'd have a basket full of brochures by now. And I know they aren't lying about my cavities because I saw the x-rays and it doesn't take an expert to know that teeth shouldn't look like Swiss cheese. All I know is that I've hated the dentist for 30 years and I love this one. Believe me, that speaks volumes for people who know me.

I was very impressed by the amount of compassion and time he took in order to explain everything so that I made a better decision. The front office was very pleasant and upon me telling them that I had some discomfort they immediately scheduled me without giving me difficulties. They processed my paperwork online and made it a breeze. For the extraction they referred me to Warren oral surgery and I had a unpleasant experience with the front staff at Warren Oral surgery The staff at Oral surgery made it difficult for me to make an appointment and after the appointment I requested the doctor called me with some information and I never got a callback.

How could they charge so much you ask, because it feels awesome and everyone knows it (better than weed by far in my opinion), plus it makes a miserable procedure go from virtually unbearable to virtually unnoticeable. As far as the professionalism of the office they get top marks. With regards to the doctor that I saw whose name is escaping me right now, he's all business and really knows root canal. They're not just dentists their endodontist which is kind of like a dentist "on steroids" (I hate that expression, I couldn't think of anything better at the moment). Believe it or not the dentist that sent me there "didn't feel comfortable doing root canal it on the molars", I found that kind of strange because I went to a professional, a dentist(!). Apparently this is pretty normal and this is why Endodontists exist. In fact given the skill level I would say go to an endodontist for any root canal, period. The last time I had root canal it was by a regular dentist and you could tell with certain parts of it he was having some issues. It's located right behind on the same side as the Dunkin' Donuts and up aways from the charging stations. There's plenty of free parking, and 2 handicapped spaces. 21st Century Dental is located on the 2nd floor. You can either take the stairs to the left or the elevator. Once upstairs the office is down the hall on the left.The office is decorated beautifully. Dr Friedman's wife Elaine runs the front desk, she and another staff member will check you in. I came in for a cleaning. My hygienist was Donna. She was very nice and thorough. She took a complete set of X-rays of my entire mouth. Donna then did a full cleaning. Dr Vitaly Friedman came in and checked everything. He is very nice. They decided on a plan for me. You can check with the office to see if they take your insurance. If you don't have insurance, they will also give you a price. You will have to go online and fill out the forms ahead of time. I would definitely recommend this office

The whole staff has been nothing but kind to me and the caliber of work the dentist do is outstanding. I had a crown replaced from another dentist who had put in a shade of tooth that did not match my original teeth and never looked like it was my original tooth. The did a beautiful job and you can't tell it's not my original tooth. It sits in my gum line perfectly. I highly recommend checking them out. I truly trust them Dr Diana has been my dentist. She is knowledgeable and her work is impeccable. She actually saved a molar that any other doctor would have pulled out. To say that I am grateful to have found them is an understatement.
