She helped tremendously. I have had way less pain post partum than I did with my second pregnancy, and I believe it is because of the adjustments I got from her during the pregnancy. I got my newborn adjusted by her and it helped her be able to turn her head to nurse on one side she was having trouble nursing on. My baby's sleep greatly improved after it, as well. I mean, DAMN! Someone told my wife about Lynelle, and after her massage she came home raving about how incredible, how amazing, how enrapturing the whole experience was. A few weeks later when my body shut down with a nearly crippling tension in my neck and elbows, she booked me a massage with Lynelle. I protested! "But I can see one of my other favorite masseuses here, and they're only a 5 minute drive away! Just let me buy a Groupon!" She insisted, and I relinquished. I'm thrilled that I did. He took really good care of me. Relieved my pain to an entirely tolerable level in one day. He and his wife are both so very kind. The guy who posted before me went on about how expensive it was but I really found it to be reasonable. Plus, they take Medicare which I respect. (For reference, $48 for a follow up with several different adjustments.) I have used chiropractors my entire life and have been to mostly good ones. I have also been to one that was dangerously bad.
