I have had some difficulty with the office. There has been several computer system changes (according to the office staff) which has lead to constantly having to update information, inability to log onto the patient portal, and mix-ups with insurance, parent, and payment information. I needed information for my child's school from the doctor's office. I was unable to log in to the patient portal to request the information. I tried to schedule an appointment online and was not allowed to do so. I called the office to request the information. I was told it would be handled. Nothing. I hand delivered a written request. Again, nothing. 2 months later, I have finally scheduled an appointment! Here's hoping we can get all of this resolved before Christmas!

I was seen by Dr. Bond and before meeting him I met a student who was graduating in just a few days from school. She was very pleasant and asked me a bunch of questions before he came in. I was taken back first for some x-rays of my hand The Dr.( Dr. Bond) Came in and confirmed what I had thought was wrong. Arthritis. He was very professional, very nice. Gave me a few options that would help the pain I had been having in my Thumb. I tried a brace already, I didn't want to take any more pills. So he said a shot would help, not sure for how long but the way mine is it don't get better it can get worse and require surgery. I opted for the shot. He told me it does hurt. Well he did a great job numbing it. It hurt for like 3 more days and the pain went away! I hope it lasts Excellent visit! I go back in approx a month for a follow up then I will call when I need a shot again. I highly recommend asking for Dr. Bond.

Working with Cornerstone was the worst experience I've ever had with a physical therapy facility…read more When i arrived the receptionist told me I had to pay $100 and didn't know why. I'd forgotten my iPhone at home so she told me to go home and call my insurance company and I could cancel for that day - no problem. The next month they charged me $50 for leaving and not paying the $100. For 4 months I called their billing dept. and never received a call back. The intake people, Brenda and Phoebe, were very nice and listened to my story but said they had no authority to cancel the payment. Then I'm told the owner, Seth, heard my explanation and said I owed him $50. He would not talk with me neither would Stephanie, head of billing. I also learned they charge $165 or so for an evaluation and it's out of pocket with no insurance accepted. Strange policies at this place.
