The agent came to visit me at home and measured the windows. He was really friendly and professional and didn't try to push the sale on me. I then chose the blinds I wanted and ordered them. It then took a couple of weeks before they returned which felt really quick and they fitted the blinds. This only took about half an hour which I thought was really impressive. The blinds are great quality and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants new blinds.

The guy came round with books of the different styles available and after choosing the colour etc they came to fit them about a fortmight later and boy were they fast! I also bought all new bedding, not on sale, that was still good value for the money. My bed is so comfy now! And the woman that was working the floor in the bedding department helped us gather what we wanted and also knew exactly what date some pillowcases we wanted would be back in stock. I also know from experience that they are happy to accept returns as I bought a set of curtains that was the wrong size. I brought them back for a painless exchange.
