This Spec's location needs serious attention…read more The moment I walked in, I was hit with an overwhelming smell of burnt food and grease. So gross!! It was genuinely unpleasant and made it difficult to breathe. The entrance doors were dirty, covered in grease, and many of the liquor bottles hadn't been cleaned in ages--coated in soot and grime. An immediate red flag. Navigating the store was also a challenge. The front entrance is cluttered with wine bottles, creating an awkward and inconvenient layout. What stood out just as much as the condition of the store was the attitude of the employees. I passed a minimum of four employees, while searching for the bourbon section. All were deep in conversation with one other, showing zero awareness or interest in assisting customers. Not once did anyone offer help! I had to locate an employee to help me. I've visited twice, on different days, and unfortunately had the same experience both times. I was referred here from the main "hub" Spec's and honestly had no idea this location even existed. After visiting, I wish it had stayed that way. This store does not reflect the standards of other well-run, clean, and welcoming Spec's locations. Management should be embarrassed by the condition and customer experience at this store. It's far below the quality that the Spec's brand is known for. December 2025

But he did the best he could and found a really nice box. He called me after the driver left with it so I would know it was being delivered. What a guy! He really was super nice and he could have washed his hands of me at several points of the phone call & the transaction. She wasn't paying attention to what I was saying, constantly referred me to call Customer Service, and lied to me about a specific employee whom I asked if she was working was there. Ashley told me to check back after 4pm, supposedly because the three employees that I inquired about by name were not there. She was condescending, rude, and not a good representative for the company. I've shopped at this store for years, and this was my first rude and unprofessional encounter. Ashley frustrated me to the point that I decided to drive over to the store to speak with a manager. As soon as I walked in the store, I saw one of the employees who Ashley said wasn't there. I requested to speak to Ray, store manager. He walked towards me and said that he had seen me several times before. I expressed my concerns regarding Ashley, and he said that he would take care of it. Ray gave me his business card, and asked that I reach out to him if something like this happened again, to avoid me having to drive to the store. I thanked him, made a purchase and went home.
