The remodel involved a total bathroom remodel, renovating and updating the kitchen, building and modifying closets throughout the house, new exterior and interior doors, painting all rooms inside, and refinishing the wood floors in the downstairs area. We have been back in our home for 3 months and are still happy and excited with the changes made to our home. We have absolutely no regrets working with Tony and his team. My husband and I spent five lovely nights at the Keestone Resort. We drove to Loretto, TN, but you…read morecan fly to Muscle Shoals AL which is less than 40 miles away. The fountain in front of the resort is a lovely touch. There's a vintage Rolce Royce parked in front of the entrance. The lobby was decorated with beautiful Christmas decors. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen. A small dining area consisting of two chairs and a small table. Laundry room with ironing board located next to the dining area. A sleeper sofa and two recliners were in the living room. The master bedroom room was modestly furnished with a queen bed. I thought a headboard would be a nice touch. I also thought the televisions could be bigger. The master bathroom consisted of a walk in shower with a shower curtain. No nook to store soap or shampoo in the shower (bring liquid shower gel as it is easier to store on the floor). I would eliminate the shower curtain and add glass door (could be 3/4 glass covering instead of full glass as the shower is small). I would also add a broom and dust pan or vacuum as housekeeping is not provided daily. The other room had two queen beds and a tub/shower combo. Each bathroom had a small container of lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and a small soap bar. The balcony had two chairs. There's a bowling alley, movie theater, an outdoor pool, but I am not sure if it is heated. a spa area for massage and facials (we had facials), there's a dining area where brunch is served on the weekends. There's plenty of places to go for a nice walk. The nearest grocery store is located in Lawrenceburg, about 30 minutes away. There's a few restaurants about 15 minutes away. Gas stations are less than 10 minutes away. In Lawrenceburg, there's an Amish community. This would be a great place for retreats and time away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. I would add an indoor heated pool, a full time restaurant (as occupancy increases), maybe a snack area to purchase snacks, bigger televisions, glass doors for the walk-in shower, a nook to hold soap in the walk-in shower, headboards for all beds, a vacuum or broom and dust pan to clean up, at least a dish towel to clean up the stove for long term stays.

We got behind on rent, she got her job back in the 20th and we was trying to pay to get get caught up. They wouldnt let us pay but the whole amount (3,435). I had 1200 to give them and was trying to get caught up. They sent a detainee warrant and me and my wife took the stand and pleeded to just let us stay and get it all payed by the end of the month. Rhonda Evan's did not answer the phone for 3 months not even to Tell what was going on. Had the wrong mailbox key for 3 months didn't know we were even being kicked out. having nowhere else to go. I don't know this managment are putting families out without no remorse and wouldn't work with us. They do not take of there tennats at all, this is such a disgrace to kick my family out when we were trying to give you money. This is income based and paying 818 a month and the cap is 866. We as a family don't make that much for that amount and that was messed up from the get go as per our pay stubs. Another lady that lives here makes the same amount and her rents is 347 a month. This place is doing shady things and aren't ran right here at all.

Be careful! I hired these guys to reposition a main drain line in my house because it was pitched…read morein the wrong direction. They were also going to relocate a couple of water supply lines. They started on the drain line, I looked at it and it looked level, no slope toward the main drain line. I brought this to their attention and was told it was an "optical illusion", though my level proved otherwise. They then corrected it with additional straps. I explained exactly where I wanted the supply lines rerouted, they were no where close. A couple days later i looked at the supply lines and noticed one was leaking, I took a picture and sent to River Plumbing and didn't even get a call to offer to come fix it! These guys will not be on my property again!
