He's very good at what he does, he runs a good practice which is pain free and very clean. If I ever have any problems they accommodate me as best as they can. The staff are kind, helpful and very friendly. The waiting area is comfortable and recently been refurnished. There is free parking right outside the practice but spaces are limited. It has easy access from the number 24 and 10 bus route.

When I went in they didn't have the dentures ready and the pricing had changed. I had to wait for a while and came back a few hours later to pick them up. The service was friendlier and my Aunt was happy with her new set of false teeth. I'd recommend brushing your teeth three times a day. Once in the morning, after you main meal and at bedtime. That way you can avoid having dentures like my Aunt.

As a nervous patient I came to this practice because they advertised painless dentistry. Only half believed it but at least it was a start. It took over 45 minutes to get there and there were many dentists between where I live and Stella Maris. The travelling was well worth it as Dr Namih lived up to his promise of painless dentistry. Since I've used the Equality Act 2010 against this practice my treatment has got worse…read more Their staff do not know how to treat people with disabilitys like myself. Today I tried using the Equality Act 2010 again and reasonable ajustments. And the receptionist kept talking over me deliberitly not wanting to let me use it for my health to help. So then they kept hanging the phone up, which never helped my condition so I kept phoning back. And even without answering cutting me off. I paid a lot of money to join this practice which they asked for and now they are not even answering the phone they blocked me. I'm my opnion they clearly have issues with people such as me with disabilitys. And use a protected act and you get worse treatment. I recorded the call today but also asked for their recordings under a subject access request under GDPR legislation which is free they have to give you it. Things got so bad today they made a threat against me for phoning up when they kept hanging up. So I contacted the Police for and was given a log number for any futher incidences. One manager stated to me about my treatment from the dentist. If you want to complain about treatment complain to him. I allready advised them the dentist scares me do to certain actions. So asked for ajustment for me not to deal with him directly and they ignored this as well. They tried to say he is inderpendent from them. But the fact is they have a duty of care. And they have what is legally known as a NON DELEGABLE DUTY" The amounts of money from what they state has gone right up over £1000 for me. Not the prices on their web page. You see the real side of these when you start to complain they are not so friendly then. And I am classed as disabilied.

Every time I'd passed there, I'd always wanted to go in and ask about the dental services they provide. Because I've seen signs being advertised across the Great Barr area, and I really needed a good dental surgery. I don't like dentists and I don't think many people do. So, when it came to the time when I knew I had to go, I had to make sure the surgery would be a great one. I'd heard so many good things about this surgery, so that's what convinced me to go with them. Once I registered with them, I received an exceptional service. Especially from the dentist that dealt with my dental treatment. It's great to know we have such brilliant dentists like this around which you can register with even if you don't live in that area. As it was an urgent treatment, I'm glad I went to a reputable surgery.

Most dentists get you to say 'aaah', this one made me think 'hmmm'…read more Perhaps it was the fact that I'd accidentally ended up having a load of treatment at a private dentist, but my expectations of dentistry came crashing down with a bump when I landed in the waiting room of Sandon Dental Practice. Needing an NHS dentist, this was the first place I'd seen and needing a cure for desperately painful toothache. Through a haze of paracetomol and the vile mood toothache ensures, I saw that the place was in the middle of a refurbishment, which was hopefully to smarten up the tired looking interior (a contrast to the well-kept exterior). But who gives a toss about a waiting room when you're in absolute agony?! So let's get onto the service. The dentist I saw to cure my pain was soon suggesting £500 worth of root canal surgery and a crown - money which I didn't (and still don't) have, so I took the antibiotics he offered in the meanwhile and that calmed the pain down for a few months. Something didn't sit quite right about this dentist, a hunch which I feel was validated when I sought a different NHS dentist and he told me that no amount of root canal surgery would save said tooth and would be in vain. I'm not questioning the Sandon dentist's integrity, just reporting two different opinions.
