Stress is a by-product of selling a house, but it's particularly grueling and anxiety-provoking if…read moreyou're placing a home on the market due to a beloved parent's unexpected passing. Confronted with this unenviable scenario, virtually immobilized, I was still saddled with overwhelming house-selling responsibilities. My aunt told me about a glowing recommendation she received from a friend who had used the D&L team in the past. Although this team of realtors had impressive credentials, I still met with other realtors, looking for someone who possessed the following attributes: - a wealth of experience - an abundance of knowledge in the field, particularly about the local market - strong savviness in sales and marketing - an unbeatable work ethic - a magnetic personality - effective communication and interpersonal skills; and - sensitivity and compassion in leaps and bounds When I met Lori Intoccia, who happens to be an integral member of the D&L team, I instinctively knew that I found my ideal candidate. She expressed her sincere condolences for my profound loss and offered an outstretched hand of support and a shoulder to cry on to help me work through my unrelenting grief. She reassured me that she would do everything in her power to sell the house with expediency - at a seller's favorable price point. Moreover, she promised to be readily accessible to field any questions, offer tips and suggestions, and overcome any hurdles. Lori kept her word on all accounts, even answering the phone on Sunday evenings! (As she reminded me, she works seven days a week.) As a house-selling novice, I soaked up all of Lori's brilliant strategies in making the house look even more appealing. She told me how to stage the house, and shared clever ideas on what to keep, what to discard, and what to add. (There is no need to hire a house stager if you opt to use Lori's services.) In addition, Lori Intoccia fully pointed out all possible repairs that needed to be done - even before the house inspection. She is able to see the house selling transaction from all perspectives, including a buyer's point of view, which only helps to preclude future problems from surfacing, and help buyers fall in love with a home. As an added plus, Lori Intoccia, known in real estate circles as the 'Queen of Green' (i.e., specializing in Green Township real estate) is well-connected, and I benefited greatly from her list of suggested vendors, providing me with competitive pricing and excellent, timely work. Lori also apprised me of all necessary inspections, including fire and well water, and what to purchase. When I bought the wrong type of carbon monoxide detectors, Lori was quick to go to the store and buy the correct model. She went further beyond the scope of her duties by meeting with repairmen and inspectors when I couldn't. (Even family members would hesitate to help in such a way.) Furthermore, any prospective seller or buyer will be drawn to Lori Intoccia as she has a special way of connecting with people. She is bright, honest, down-to-earth, and caring - someone who will make the laborious job of house selling so much easier. She instantly instills trust and is so deserved of it. I just closed on the house without even needing to list it. The first prospective buyer (from Lori's long list of contacts) placed a bid on the house, and the transaction is now officially complete. (And I received more than market value for it!) When I'm ready to sell my own home , I know that I'll be fortunate to have the best realtor in my corner: Lori Intoccia and the D&L team. I unequivocally suggest you use the same real estate agent, convinced that your experience will be just as favorable should you take my advice.

SECONDLY, if my dad were here, you wouldn't have DARED to pull all of this crap on me like you HAVE with this entire situation. PERHAPS IF YOU COULD LEARN TO BE NICER AND MORE CONSIDERATE OF OTHER PEOPLE, AND BE A MORE **HONEST** AND DECENT PERSON, I could possibly have my reviews removed. But you CAN'T BE NICE. This is how you are. You've done this to OTHER PEOPLE, not just me. You're only making it worse for yourself. with your manipulative and crude behavior. You do not know what professional and decent behavior is. People like you with narcissistic personality disorder with sociopathy, simply can't.

Their communication on the problems, fees they are socking ME with, and general apathetic attitude is horrible. I have told them NOT to take the tenants to court anymore, I plan to evict them next month when their lease expires, but they sent a notice to the court once again and charged me a fee. Never again, I am getting out of the landlord business, and can't wait to be rid of NEPA as well.

I'm not one to give reviews but I must speak about the excellent professionalism and attention to…read moredetail that Bob Mazzola, the Owner of Atrium Development Modular Home Company gave to me. From day one he provided all the information that I needed to change a small building lot that I've owned and paid taxes on for several years into a money-making beautiful home that I could easily live in. However, I decided to rent out my new home for a formidable profit. Bob answered all my questions and provided me with the benefit of his years of knowledge in the business. I wholeheartedly recommend Atrium International to anyone looking to build a quality home at a very reasonable price.

We gave owner Bob Mazzola a price we wanted to spend to which he agreed. Well in the end the price was 50,000 more then we agreed because we ended up having to finish the house ourselves. The excavator he hired walked off the job because he said he under estimated job and we ended up having to rent equipment and do it ourselves just to get at CO so we could move in. Bob uses contractors he does not know or finds on craigslist and when they do garbage work and you complain to him his response is what would you like me to do or as he said to my wife that we she was being to picky when she complained that the front cement steps where falling apart and that the spackling was cracking. When I complained to him that the basement floor was cracked and had a 2inch hump. His response was that he was never building a home again in the winter. How did that help us. Also the quality of Simplex homes is awful. We've had electrical problems and they don't tell you that interior studs our on 24"centers and if someone slams a door the whole house shakes. Go with a stick built done by a more reputable builder. The modular wont save money and you wont be as happy.
