Starting with an order placed last year I received a very foul jar of pickled red hot sausage and thankfully they were willing to replace it. Sadly the next order they shorted me 1 jar and had to contact them.... took weeks to receive it and actually had to email them to remind them!! Partly my fault as i failed to review my purchase.... but caught an error with 1 of my 2 items as it was not discounted. I contacted them and they instantly shipped the order without resolving the problem. Another email was sent to them and after the coast was clear they told me the pickled sausage i ordered was not part of the promo. Nowhere in the ad shows they excluded any form of pickled sausage and in fact it says shop all of our products now!!! They then pulled the silent treatment on me, thus screwing me over on an ad they knew was false advertising and admitted it but refused to make things right. Well 3 orders in a row with problems and the last one goes without resolution. They got a few bucks more and lost a long time customer. Was it worth it? Guess when your head grows the brain doesn't grow with it. I have no choice but to shop for a better company. These people have become a problem at all levels.

They primarily specialize in Iraqi/Middle Eastern grocery items. Think hummus, rice, olive oil, pita, etc but also have a cooked food counter which also looked yummy. The meat counter was not well labeled besides prices and presentation was not amazing (lots of meat still on their vacuum sealed packaging). However, I bought some Ribeyes for $6.89/lb as of 12/13/23, which is a tremendous value. I cooked them up for dinner last night and they were good. Not the best steak I've ever had but good quality for the price. I also bought 80/20 ground beef for $3.29/lb which is a steal. I wasn't planning on buying flatbread but when I saw it coming out of the oven, I had to get some! I would buy the bread again. The produce had some deals sprinkled in but the quality of the produce was mediocre. Come here for the meat and bread, and go to a produce market for your main produce. The butcher and lady at the checkout were pleasant. If I was in the area, I would come here again.
