I called to let them know that my car was leaking and the man on the phone was really rude and looking to start a problem and told me if I had an issue I should come in person to complain when all I asked was what I should do he told me to turn my car off (which was already off since I can see it was leaking) and he told me that he doesn't know what I should do and when I asked him why he was yelling at me he continued yelling saying he wasn't yelling. This place is really sketchy and more expensive than any other places I've ever been too.. I'll never go back and I hope everyone else that sees this never goes there either it was terrible. I have had several jobs done by them and they are in credibly fast and work with the customer like shops did 40 yrs ago. I was allowed to buy and bring my own parts and receive labor costs that are very reasonable and fit my small budget. We didn't go inside the building, but they have a 7-11, plus fast-food counters, so options if you need a quick snack or drink. Note: NJ gas stations have a gas attendant who fills your tank and processes your payment. Despite growing up in Nj, we forgot and self-served! They must see this from time to time and the attendant was cool about it. But keep your hands clean and let them do their job!
