Rich was super friendly along the entire process from start to finish. I want to state that these pictures may not look the best cause of lighting but in person I'm more than satisfied with the service and I knew what I was paying for. The look I went for was a "light tint." I didn't want to go super crazy on the front two Windows and two back/back windshield. I got the ceramic 70% on the front two and the carbon (I believe it was the 3rd darkest tint for carbon, so 3/5 meaning 5 was the darkest aka limo tint). My friend recommended to check Rich out and I don't regret it at all. Just remember your paying for quality service and a quality job while going into this. Before seeing Rich, I had no idea what type of tint I wanted on my car and how it would look like. Rich walked me through the entire process explaining everything and physically showing me what the tints would look like, the benefits of one vs another and how the warranty works. We've had 3 cars (Camry, hubby's car and RX) tinted at Rich's Tint Shoppe. There hasn't been any issues with any of them. We went to more then one tint shop to get "second, third, fourth, fifth" opinions, and EACH AND EVERY ONE said that what Rich had done was NOT LIMO TINT. So, we went to Rich to ask him to please fix his F**K UP... he REFUSED. Asked him to remove his tint under his warranty /guarantee once again... he REFUSED!!! Every time my family gets a new car, they always go to this place because Rich did a great job on doing the tinted windows. The day I bought my first car couple weeks ago before coming here and I immediately thought I want my windows tinted from Rich. I got limousine (super dark) in the back and dark/light tint in the front. His tints are super great quality and it lasts overtime. My mom brought her new car here to get it tinted, so of course, when I got my new car, I also brought it here to get it tinted. Rich is very personable and spent about 10-15 minutes trying to help me make an informed decision with how dark to tint my car. He spent some time pointing out cars with dark vs medium tint and in the end, I decided to go medium all around. He also suggested to me that since the interior of the back of my car was beige, I should do a darker tint in the back so that it wouldn't look lighter than the rest of the car. Of course, I took his advice. The only flaw that I can see is that there's air trapped in the dot matrix portion of my car back windshield and two small side windows, but Rich explained afterwards that it was pretty common. I kind of wish that he would have told me that it would happen before I got the car tinted though, since I'm a little OCD and it bothers me, and I honestly didn't know it was something I'd even need to ask about because this is the first car I've ever gotten tinted. It costs $220 for his higher quality tint that has a lifetime color warranty for my sedan. Overall I like with the way that my car looks, and I'd recommend this place to people who don't have the dot gradient on their car glass. read more

What can I say about Rich besides he's the best I've been to some of the highest rated tint shops in LA County over the years but none seems to match Rich's hand cut work and amazing pricing. I took my new car here a couple of days ago, I wasn't sure which tint I wanted so Rich walked me through and based on what I needed Rich recommended the CXP film. He didn't push me to the most expensive film he sold because I didn't necessarily need that, and I love when places recommend based on your needs instead of anything else. This might be the best tint shop I've been too, Sam did all my windows explained to me what was the difference between the tint shade. And we finally agreed on going dark in the back windows and medium in the front. Came to Rich's Tint Shoppe to get my 2017 Honda Accord Sport tinted. After hearing SO many good reviews about this place, I had to try it out. If you are looking to get your car windows tinted, Rich's Tint Shoppe is the place to go! In the past I've tinted at places that don't take reservations, but this time around I didn't want to wait in line and typically it can be up to half a day to a full day of waiting at other places. Rich's is great because he takes reservations. That means you are pretty much there for just the 2 hours and he is pretty spot on with the timing. Just be sure to make an appointment a few days ahead of time to make sure they have availability. His work is also warrantied and they do a really good job. They take a lot of care to wipe everything down cleanly and verify there are no bubbles or streaks. They explain everything carefully too and since it's warrantied, you can rest easy. Perfectionist! If you decide to wait, you can head over to the car wash waiting area. There are tables and pay-by-time massage chairs. Don't forget to bring cash or check! read more

These guys are top notch. The quality and attention to details is amazing! I went to get my fiancee's 2014 Mazda 3 tinted and Rich took time explaining the difference in the tint. (they are current using Madico brand tint) Their basic tint price is $175 and non metallic is $225 If you have radio antenna in the wind shield you will need the non metallic tint. The Mazda has roof shark fin so i went with the basic $159 package. I got the 20% in rear and 35% in front which is a common shade package everyone gets. I gave it 4 star instead of 5 because it took a bit longer than expected (about 2.5 hr to get my car done), but none the less i was 100% happy with the results. Suggestion for Rich: Update your website with gallery , price and online appointment system would help your business a lot. read more
