Referred by a close friend of mine, I decided to stop by and get my truck's windows tinted after having just bought it last week. Phil and Jose were helpful in helping me decide on what type of film and level of tint to choose from. I decided to go with the ceramic 3M at 5% all around, including the sunroof, as well as the nano-ceramic on my windshield at 50%. I think the combination of the two blended nicely, and you can still see very clearly looking out the windshield as if there was no tint at all. Had a lifetime guarantee (which is a plus) but did not have to use it on my previous two cars. No cracking or bubbling. Javier and Jason are straight up enablers of musical chaos in the best way possible. The sound quality is crystal clear, even when the volume is up to ridiculous levels. The speakers are loud, the bass hits hard, and 4,000 watts is more than enough to make your ears file a formal complaint. I still haven't turned it max volume. Too scared Lol What impressed me most was the customer service. Javier and Jason had plenty of opportunities to upsell me, but they never pushed anything. In fact, I ended up talking myself into upgrades because they took the time to answer every question and explain everything without any pressure. Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I'm hoping we don't curb anymore rims, but if we do, I definitely know I can rely on Elevance to fix them.

However, I decided to hire JJ Windshield Repair and Replace because they provided a decent quote AND offered an OEM windshield. The other businesses didn't mention if it was OEM and I figured I would have to pay more money to get the window tinted after it's fixed. With JJ Windshields, I didn't have to worry about that. Eddie showed up at my house (9 minutes after the 2 hour appointment time which was the only downside) the very next morning. He took one look at all the broken glass and said, "What a mess!" I smiled and said, "Don't judge me," and we both started laughing. From there, he got straight to work. He cleaned up all the glass, replaced the windshield, and had everything done in about 45 minutes. Eddie was professional and efficient. After numerous outrageous quotes and shady car stereo tint installers (almost all claimed to use premium film, but never had what the said in stock) I found Phil and family at Direct Tint! These guys are awesome, I happened to find them on the net. I was looking for a place and I was not thrilled on going back to "wts" which they do have a great marketing in the area but the quality is poor.
