His service technician that came out, pulled down the ladder to the attic breaking it. Also in what little bit of maintenance he did he did not check the outside system at all. Did not check. The coils did not check anything he was more concerned I guess with his having broken more than one ladder pull down. Mr. Honeycut seems to think I am harassing his workers he could not be more wrong. I have simply called leaving a message I would not consider that harassing, but I will take every opportunity to make a complaint because I do not feel even with his 38 years in service and business.
