Apartments are in an okay area--quiet and fairly clean. There is a pool which is nice when it's over 100 degrees outside. Rent is fairly competitive with other apartments in the area. The apartments themselves really need to be updated though--appliances and carpet are like 20 years old. The walls are kind of thin--you hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing...doesn't help when your neighbors are particularly loud at that time of night. The manager is a real piece of work. She tries to get out of fixing things for the tenants all the time. When you go to her to get something fixed, she will have some story about why she can't do it or try to come up with a reason not to. A lot of times, she'll say the owner doesn' t want to do it--and since the owner doesn't live in town, you just have to take her word for it. She plays the martyr real well, but don't fall for it. She also lies to get out of doing things or to get out of promises she's made people. If it wasn't for the manager, this place wouldn't be bad at all.
