This facility is a well kept secret to most who are not in Marion, I gladly drove the 32 miles to trust the repair of my car to Nickles Automotive Repair Company . Not only was the repair cost unbeatable anywhere, but these guys are genuine down to earth honest and trustworthy and reliable and professional auto technicians. when I called Nate after the repair, he said: "We don't mess around, we fix things right". Truer words have never been spoken When I picked up my car Nate told that I probably would need a new battery bef cold weather sets in that's the kind of people that you want to repair your car or truck. It worked. Since I returned to my hometown almost 20 years ago, I have used their services regularly. During that time, Bill and Spencer accurately diagnosed problems, explained the situations to me, worked to keep costs low, and provided transportation when I needed a ride after dropping off a car. They use lifetime guaranteed replacement parts wherever possible and appropriate, which helps if you drive your cars, as I do, for more than 200,000 miles. They even helped me take the back seats of a van out (and put them back in) when I couldn't handle that myself and needed to move furniture. Their crowning achievement was helping me with an older Toyota Prius into which we installed a cheaper, non-Toyota replacement hybrid battery. The older one had lasted almost 15 years more than 160,000+ miles. Although there was no indication before purchase that the non-Toyota hybrid battery had potential issues, it failed after only 13 months of service. Bill and Spencer worked with the local parts dealer to help me get money back from the company that made the bad battery, arranged a dealer's discount on a new Toyota battery, installed the new battery for free, and worked well with a dealer and service manager at Byers Toyota in Delaware, Ohio when a complex electrical wiring issue, left over from the old battery, could not be diagnosed without a proprietary Toyota diagnosis instrument. A perk of working with Huntsman Auto was the repeated kindness shown to my family by Bill and Spencer. For example, although both my elderly parents had dementia and trouble communicating, Bill would take time to tell car stories to my elderly father and to reassure my elderly mother when we took her van in to be fixed. Bill helped me take the back seats of a van out (and put them back in) when I couldn't handle that myself and needed to move furniture. Both he and Spencer give me money-saving tips, such as duplicating electronic car keys at Rocky's Cyclery rather than the relevant dealers. Additionally, I had my older van towed to Huntsman's late one night from a location 35 miles away. The transmission shift cable on the steering column had broken, leaving the car in reverse with the back-up lights engaged. I called Spencer because I knew the battery would be drained if the lights were left on overnight after it had been towed to the garage. He checked the garage camera from his phone and came in from his home a short distance away as soon as he saw the tow truck driver leave the vehicle. Spencer both disengaged the gears and moved the car that the tow-truck driver had literally dumped in the middle of a public alley, rather than, as requested, in the dealer's lot. That saved me a potential towing fee from the city and saved the garage personnel any possible hassle of dealing with neighbors who might be annoyed if their access was compromised. We were driving through Sandusky to get to Chicago when we experienced issues with our vehicle. After circling around the area, we stumbled upon Carlton's Service hoping for assistance. We spoke to a man named Paul who directed us to Rall's. We thank him very much to this day for sending us to Rall's--he even called to make sure we found the place. Rall's checked out our car politely and urgently. After realizing we might have a transmission issue, one of the mechanics came in and thoroughly explained the issue. Transmissions are a pain; a very expensive one. He explained that he could flush our systems but it may not make it better, in fact it could further damage the vehicle. He said he did not feel comfortable doing work to our car that he couldn't exactly pin point. They didn't even charge us for inspecting our car. Absolutely amazing men and service! I've never met more honest and genuine mechanics!

I "borrowed" it and took it to Mr. Bricks to have the headliner fixed for his birthday. Mr. Bricks took his time and did a color match from the factory from my appraisal visit. He had everything there and ready to go when I dropped it off before we left to go out of town. When we got back a few days later, I had to confess that the reason my son dropped me off at my husband's work was because I had left his truck at Mr. Bricks. He was skeptical until he saw it. It was beautiful. It looked like a factory installed headliner. It was the exact color, no wrinkles or stretch marks. It was perfect. I will definitely take my vehicles back to Mr. Bricks. Customer service is way below par. I had my windows tinted 4/27 and everything went great. After 3 days I noticed a defect on 3 out of the 5 windows. 2 of them had bubbles, and 1 had a botched cut at the bottom corner. On 5/7/2012, the installer redid the ones with bubbles but refused to redo the one with the bad cut. He tried to cover it up with what looked like sharpie and I told him to take it off because it looked worst then just the bad cut. I complained again that I was not happy with the solution and he still refused not to fix it. I also overheard him say that this is a shame to undo a good tint job to fix these minor things and complain to the other guy that was working there. Overall, I am shocked with the customer service that is supposed to have 30 years of experience. I am submitting a BBB complaint on this company.
