Rick cleaned furniture, carpets, wood decking, wood and cement porches, lattice, floor tiles, the hot tube lid and ladder, laminate floors, cement floors - you name it. Without him it would have been impossible to move forward with refurnishing, repairs, painting, and re-landscaping! He also took away dirty area rugs for offsite cleaning. I cannot recommend him enough. I watched him clean and was amazed at the quantity of dirt that came up from everywhere using the high powered equipment in his van, and how everything, even old lattice panels, stayed in one piece. I can only imagine how our home pressure washer would have never made a dent in the dirt and grime, and I would have been a frazzled mess taking on all that deep cleaning when the appliances, walls, wood floors, and numerous other areas of the house were competing for attention at the same time plus work and family .... Rick had the right heavy duty tools and strength to do all this heavy cleaning for me when things had gotten so badly out of hand. Steve showed up at the scheduled time, was very nice and efficient and promised an emailed quote for our work by the end of the following week. I waited 11 days and contacted them. Was told Steve would call me in the next day or so. Waited another week and contacted them again, saying I had not heard from Steve. Crickets. Never heard back from them again. I checked both phone numbers they had for me to make sure I didn't miss a call. Nothing. Checked email spam and trash. Nothing. I tried. Contractors, if you don't want the job or can't do the job, simply let the potential client know and we will move on. I can't recommend this company because they don't appear to care about clients that are ready to spend our hard earned money and let us waste time on appointments, calls and emails with nothing to show for it.

Ron is a straight shooter and prioritized coming out to walk through what I needed, and getting the fence installed. I live on a mountainside so most of the terrain is at a ~45 degree angle and largely composed of clay and rocks. I had to add a fence of approx. 500 ft. The crew worked very hard all day to finish in 1 day. They were very impressive, and I love the fence even though I generally do not like to fence my property in.
