Bottom line - we hired them to create a garden space in front of our home that removed the plastic, daylight trees, and fix our driveway to make things easier for us. I'm still finding plastic, and I can't mow around the driveway without getting the mower stuck because the grades are so harsh. Had all new pre-painted Hardee Plank siding, new windows, doors (both double and single), eaves, seamless gutters with leaf guards. 21 new doors and windows that work flawlessly. Window shutters as well. Job was completed in less than 3 weeks to my 110% satisfaction. These guys are experienced professionals that pay attention to every detail and the customer. They adhered to every detail of the Hardee plank specifications and even installed all my new exterior lights. Ripped off all cedar siding, then encased entire house with plywood, then Hardee moisture wrap and taping, finally the Hardee siding and trim. Thorough cleanup. Very highly recommended. It is very important to go with a company that does it all. The others only did siding or doors and windows but not both, but it's very important that both get done simultaneously to have the perfect outcome. Next job is deck replacement, going with Macbeth again, wont go anywhere else.

This builder markets themselves as highly principled, honest, and driven by their beliefs in values…read morelike the golden rule. At least in our experience this is simply a marketing tool for them. They do not do what they say, follow through on their assurances, or take any actions other than what you would expect from an unprincipled carnival huckster. In our case they talked at length about their how important their principles and reputation were, and then gave us a proposal to design our project with assurances of feasibility and cost range based on their review of and their extensive experience. We fell for it. Relying on this, we paid thousands of dollars in fees, and although we had no changes in the requirements or scope of work, they told us they had overlooked things and underestimated the costs by roughly 25%. They told us how sorry they were, but did not offer any solution other than for us to pay more. Nor did they refund the $17,000 in fees they collected for the design. In fact they did not even provide us the final design for us to take to another builder. They left us disappointed in our choice of builder and disillusioned to find a firm that would so disingenuously use their assurances about principles and beliefs to fleece clients.
