He initially stated the project would probably take all day. This was not the case. He charged me $500 for 1.5 hours of work and they re-used all of the extra materials from our home. When he came back later to get paid and check on the work, I asked if it was still $500 because the guy wasn't here for even 2 hours. He said yes. Ok. I'm still on board at this point because I don't really know much about pricing (but $500, using no materials....that's like $200 an hour!). I called him again about our two bathroom faucets leaking, which I had showed him when he came to get paid. He said he could fix them. Said he would call. Didn't. Messaged me for pictures. And literally never called or responded back to my messages. Do not use this company. They take you for your money and leave you hanging when you need something.

We hired him for the first project which was installation of a water filter that involved drilling throughout granite counter and removing the garbage disposal in order to make room for the installation. He showed up when he said he would (often a problem in our area) and did a perfect job. It is so wonderful to have clean water. We will be calling Him again for all our projects. He was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable about the roofing shingles he installs (Owens Corning) and very detailed on his installation procedures and how he backs his workmanship and his future availability to respond to any questions or problems. Problem is, once he completed our roof installation, he collected his check and despite my numerous attempts to contact him via telephone and email, he has completely ghosted us. The reason I needed to follow up with him is there are three elements of our contract he has yet to complete. My fault, I know better but I paid him before all the work was completed. Part of the contract was his obligation to file our warranty with Owens Corning. I called Owens Corning and they have no record of Jason filing the paperwork. I believe his roofing crew did a good job on my roof installation, but I'm very disappointed that he walked away without completing all elements of our contract and now refuses to return my calls or respond to my emails. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
