Yea Gods, where to begin? Came recommended to me by a co-worker to cut down trees. Needed 3, he offered 3 free with the 3 needed, complete with wood haul off. Fine. Then he wanted to add power washing everything--house, shed, deck, tank. Fine, but that's it. He continues to hit me up for more work every time he sees me--paint the deck (no), paint the porch (no), paint the inside of the house (no), take the vehicle in the driveway for money off tree work (no), sell the house (no), cut additional trees (no). HIs buddies were there. They do stump grinding. (no). That in and of itself was exhausting! Kept hitting me up for more money beyond the 1/2 down. He was out there for almost 1 1/2-2 weeks. 4 trees down, but the most important one was only partially done before I fired him. Why? Because he took it upon himself as a NON-LICENSED electrician to disconnect the power from the house, broke the meter, leaving the house without power for four days. Had to get a licensed electrician out to fix it before the electric company would turn the power back on. He went into a shed on the property doing or looking for who knows what? STOLE (!) light fixtures from the basement. Guess he thought I wouldn't notice if only half the basement was dark. Did not haul off wood and left chunks everywhere in piles. Left stuff scattered EVERYWHERE including clothes, tools, sort of like a toddler with his toys. Tore apart not one, but TWO retaining walls. Why? Again, who knows? Did not replace screens on windows after power washing. Still looking to see where they were tossed. Cut down a bunch of landscaping bushes that were just planted in 2023--said they were "brush". Trash left scattered around. Best of all, found an empty liquor bottle hidden in a flower pot. Exactly what you want, someone climbing a tree with power tools under the influence. Says he has insurance, but produces none (because he doesn't have any), can't drive for reasons I won't mention. If you call him on something, he will change his story multiple times. After the electric episode, I told him he was done. He argued with me (via text) all freaking day, apparently not understanding the words, "No! You're done!" He kept insisting he was coming out to finish. Had to get the sheriff involved in that one. Granted some of the things left undone were due to him being fired, but a lot of it should have been done as the work was done--cut a tree down, haul off wood, start on next tree. And why does it take over a week to power wash a small house? Very disorganized, very untrustworthy, lies, tells lots of pity stories. Says he stands behind his work. Yes, he does--he stands behind and hopes the work magically finishes. Just run very quickly away from this "company". read more

Do not use He takes your money and does a half ass job . Does not show up damages property and had no insurance . So please do not use gives quote and then tell you different thing trying to make you fill sorry for him. Makes up all kind of excuses when all along no insurance been trying since Jan 17th and on MARCH 13TH HE TOLD ME HAD TO RENEW INSURANCE. I canceled him from doing any more work on my yard that he was to do because I couldn't get his insurance and he lied about the damage he done to house. Rick Diveley did an excellent job taking down my trees and building my retaining walls and paving my asphalt driveway.He was professional and showed up on time and did a quality job at a great price.i would recommend him to anybody.I know several people I referred him to and they were also pleased with his work.Thanks Rick read more

He gets upfront money and then never shows up and does respond a few times with excuses. Do not hire this guy.
