Went for buffet , not much stocked. Waited over a half hr for some to be added and it wasn't and even asked waitress to get them to fill so we could eat. Still not refilled so left. Definitely not worth the price and especially shouldn't be having a buffet if you aren't going to have food avaiakble to eat. No wonder seen people go up for it and then go to table empty handed and end up ordering off menu. Horrible service and won't be back read more

The service wasn't great, it took quite a while just to place a drink order and another wait to place our food order. The waitress didn't come back to check on our drinks until our food was served and then not at all after that. The food wasn't anything special and would rather have gone to a fast food place next door. I wouldn't recommend it. Though I wouldn't tell you not to try it. read more

Poor service. Low quality food. Dirty restrooms. Waitress got BOTH our orders wrong. Literally tried to correct one at the table by putting her fingers in my plate. Brought to the table an empty ketchup. Second wrong order was partially sent back to kitchen. Waitress returns to ask if the exception is allergy related to ascertain if the cook has to remake the sandwich, O.M.G. Returns again to state it'll be at least 15 mins more wait. The sandwich was clearly bastardized and then somewhat remade. Had to wait at front to pay. No discount offered. Never an apology. DO NOT GO! This place puts the franchise to shame. read more

Fries are good but burger patty is dry and mealy. Not likely a fault of this location but the meat provided by the franchiser. I'm back but find Halibut & Chips is now off the menu. It's why I even would come here. No longer, I guess. Very frustrating. I've dropped my rating by one star. read more

We met as a family in the banquet room before a family funeral. The staff was friendly and empathetic. The waitress engaged with the kids and made them feel great. The food was really good. Generous portions for the price. read more

There wasn't anything special about this place. Well ok, the waitress was a very polite, and friendly lady. Otherwise, it was just your typical coffee shop experience. It was reasonably priced..OH! It did take a long time for them to fix my order. All I ordered was bacon and eggs, hash browns, and rye toast. I finished a sudoku puzzle before they brought me my food. read more

Food nothing special service horrible won't ever be back.we came in for lunch seated 10-15 mins before getting service once we ordered another 20-25 before food arrived and not once did we get service our waitress stood by the kitchen door doing nothing . The food was mediocre, the server was the worst, she scoffed at the fact we came in with 17 people and she only had 2 tables in the restaurant.. We were in no hurry. Extremely rude and you could tell she didn't want us there... Does someone like this deserve a tip? No not in my opinion. Fake it till you make it when you are a server. I thought she would have appreciated the extra business we were bringing them for a chance to make some extra money... I left a 5% tip just because I know servers pay out the kitchen not because it was a welcoming environment at all. We will definitely not be going back there. Many of us all had our own individual bad things to say about what she did with her attitude but I won't bore you with the details. "Will you all be paying on one bill?" This restaurant has just reopened a week ago after converting from ABC Country Kitchen - apparently Ricky's bought out ABC. We were regulars at ABC and never had a bad meal there in 8 years. We arrived at 2PM on a weekday, about 4 tables occupied. Waited about 10 minutes for someone to seat us, finally took menus and picked a booth. Server arrived a couple minutes later, brought water which at first sip tasted like sea water. I complained to the manager who tasted all 4 jugs and water from the tap and said it all tasted funny. Table behind us also complained. We ordered 2 meals and waited another 35 minutes - talked to the manager about the delay and he apologized. Food came (now 60 minutes after arrival) and it was COLD. Ribs were not cooked through, turkey, dressing, potatoes all cold. Again we complained to the waitress. She was very good (as was the manager) offered us something else. We shared a clubhouse sandwich which was good.. They comped all but our beverage, including the new meal. Wait staff, some of the kitchen staff and manager are all the same people as with ABC. New menu is very different, very large and apparently people are having a hard time learning the new dishes. Still, the doors are open, lights on and they should be able to do better than this. We heard several other tables of diners complain about the water ... strange thing was that they were continuing to serve it despite the fact that it tasted like a combo of water softener salts and bleach. I texted the City and they were sending a water quality monitoring crew over to take a sample for testing. We will let them get their act together for another few weeks and then try them again ... but there are several other very good breakfast/grill type places in town, so one more chance is all that is deserved. read more
