DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! They (David, Sam and Allen) led me to believe they would meet my…read moreexpectations in building a well functioning marketplace website and convinced me to pay for it up front ($4850), which I did. During the 90 days contracted production period they kept getting things wrong (and repeating the same mistakes over and over again) so I had to keep sending them back to the drawing board. It would sometimes take up to 2 weeks to get a hold of them to discuss their mistakes and the poor quality of their work. Once the 90 days was up they attempted to get me to sign off on a website that did not include a number of the key features I was promised, was super slow, wasn't mobile responsive and had a sales cart/checkout that calculated incorrectly. And to top it all off they then tried to pursuade me to pay a monthly management subscription fee (approximately $1800 per month) and told me they would work on the mistakes and completing the website if I started the subscription with them, which I refused. Once I tried to get a 50% refund from them for incomplete service, they lied to my bank's legal team saying the website was incomplete as a result of me asking them to do extra work on it...when the truth is I had only been asking them to fix the multiple mistakes and complete the job they had told me they were capable of completing. I now truely believe that It's on Media don't have the knowledge or experience to develop professional websites, and that they are con artists with the agenda to rip off vulnerable small business owners. I have now hired another company to rebuild the website from scratch. This company is kind enough to charge me in stages, making sure I am happy with each stage. The experience with It's on Media has left me in debt. Again DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. This heartless company will rip you off.

My print job involved a complicated process: 300+ pages, 18 report chapters with custom-printed divider tabs to be inserted, and color-specific covers/backs + a large size spiral bind. But these components were the easiest part of the project that Debra and team tackled! My client's last extremely last-minute edits to the report (one day before Debra was scheduled to be out of the office and the client was scheduled to leave the country), is where Debra's team displayed superhero customer service. A project that we mutually agreed would need 3 days to print, insert tabs, and assemble, was all accomplished in 24 hours. I fully expected to arrive at Allegra's office in Reno (45 minutes from my office) to pick up all the separate components that I would manually put together myself because of the last-minute edits. When they brought out the box of fully assembled reports, completely ready to go, I literally got teary-eyed. I couldn't believe the lengths that Debra and her team went to, to get this project over the finish line, given the extraordinary circumstances. I was looking at a day of stress and scrambling to assemble the reports and then find someone who could spiral bind them so I could meet my client before they flew out that same day. Instead, I had the exact opposite day. And I fully expected to pay double what I was charged - just based on the pain in the butt factor of this project! The value of print job and customer service were outstandingly priced. I can't say enough great things about Allegra ... I've used all the other print options out there, including online and local big print shops. I'm taking the time to write this now because I'm about to order another big print job. I figured that to afford being in that location, they must be doing well). I hadn't even completely gotten out of my car when I heard a woman yelling. I turned to investigate and there was this woman, standing in the parking lot waving her arms and screeching at someone (or no one for that matter...I wasn't quite sure!). I thought maybe the building was on fire! Instead, what I was able to make out was that she was angry at one of the other businesses in the building and chose to voice her displeasure in a manner I can only describe as a raging lunatic! Who does that?? What professional person rants at people in a public place and uses language that no one should be exposed to much less children like I noticed nearby. I mean I've seen videos of people who behave in that kind of manner, but never thought I'd actually witness it. This woman needs medication and therapy! To make matters worse, it turns out she was the person I was coming to see! Nope! I left and won't be back. Anyone who tries to solve their differences with that kind of unhinged verbal garbage should lose her license! I certainly am not going to give her my business when she chooses to treat anyone else that way. And you know what? I'm going to find out which business she was screaming about and give THEM some support.

That's…read moreactually nothing compare to what it should be-- I actually did not want to make a bigger deal of it and just move on after everything that wasn't cleaned/done-- dirty floors, stove, brand new tea kettle uncleared, no bathroom or kitchen dish mats, stained hand towels, dirty duvets, dirty sheets/glitter under sheets, stove not clean, old sticky big spot of greasy stains in oven, wet/water puddle in dishes in cabinets just to name a few? Is this really the kind of service you've become? Very disappointing. " was my latest text to the owner. The response was "I don't appreciate you belittling me"... not belittling but disappointed that everything I've listed that wasn't cleaned and then you petty over $150-$200 for several dirty uncleaned units is sad. After all this, I was told my multiple units of townhomes of approx. 800 sqft was not worth her time of $155-$165 per units each time while another business just gladly wanted my business. And that other business has well over 20+ excellent reviews/referrals and they're cheaper, lucky for me. Mine you, this is for frequent cleaning, not deep cleaning. Camille says because they have to do linens is why she charged me this much and says she pays a living wage to her cleaners which I was all for it. Well, she knew she wasn't going to be earning my business any longer. I was really embarrassed and actually ashamed for her. This is all she can say when you get caught red handed not knowing that the owner is actually the guest checking in? Saying she has more business and that she gets paid more, after I've given her 6 months of business and hardly any complaints from me. Unfortunately, I shouldn't have been too nice and the cleaners got away with not cleaning thoroughly/cutting corners. I had to trust them, I live out of town and only come in once in and awhile (but now I've learned, I have cameras in front). At some point, I actually believed her more than my guests sometimes when they complained about certain uncleanliness-- gave them the benefit of the doubt-- yes, I now realize I was too trustworthy = idiot me. Now I know I was wrong since I see clearly with my own 2 eyes when I checked into 2 of the units myself and it was dirty (see attached the pictures). I still did not intend to write this but because this owner is strictly about money, lying/not trustworthy and not about quality of service/integrity, I felt obligated to write about my experiences. Finding a good cleaning company with I integrity and trustworthy is hard. Unfortunately, the previous one I used moved away that had the good cleaner. I'm just overwhelmingly disappointed how this all unfold to the very end. I've really witnessed how petty this business owner is and how she handles her clients. It's quite VERY disappointing as all I want was a clean place to go to myself, the owner and she barely apologize and instead says she didn't know what happened??? I guess that's what you say when you get caught and don't know what else to say. Believe it or not, How do you not take responsibility for it and profusely apologize no matter what you know or not, the place was not even vacuumed! As a customer-- I just expected to walk into a clean place since I'm only there for a quick couple of nights. It's too late for the cleaners to come and distract/ intrude into my family time, especially when you just check in late at night. Later she finally admits she lost cleaners, took too many business, over stretched herself, etc... etc but also said she looked at those units and that it was cleaned-- well yes, it doesn't really get that dirty but you can still tell if it hasn't been cleaned---the lies continues. Said she'd reimburse $50/unit and didn't even keep her word, how sad and petty. Seriously, $50 x 3= $150 is something to make a big deal of after the thousands of dollars she's made from me?? I was really just trying to see how far someone will go to try to be defensive when they've gotten caught red handed. That ultimately broke the trust. One of the neighbors, finally confessed to me before I left because she and her family helps me watches over the place. She didn't think the cleaners have been doing a great job, they would be in and out waaayyyy too fast, couldn't have thoroughly cleaned-- that says it all. Your money, your trust, your choice... just saying.
