As medical professionals, I expect doctors to uphold the Hippocratic Oath and prioritize patient care with compassion and clarity. Unfortunately, Dr. Henry fell far short of these standards. I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure no other patients experience similar treatment. Dr. Henry may be an expert in his field, but he is NOT anyone who appears to have any time to take and LISTEN to his patients. From the time he walked into the room to diagnose my hip pain, he did not let me get one sentence in to discuss my issue. He quickly went through testing me, gave me a diagnosis, showed me an exercise very quickly, gave me quick instructions and promptly left as I was trying to talk to him. Now I am left with having to try and remember his instructions, and he did not listen to my lifestyle issues to try and address any concerns I had with his diagnosis or his recommendations. Nothing was written down for me to access in my records that I am seeing. I will have to let the PT person tell me what to do because I don't feel I was given the opportunity to engage. If you are looking for a doctor that is willing to listen to your issues, he is not for you.

Dr. William Edward Humphries is an arrogant man. In March 2019, he suggested my husband have a…read moresurgery to place a stint in a narrowed artery to improve blood flow. Dr. Humphries sold the surgery as a simple procedure that wasn't a big deal. Well, Dr. Humphries caused my husband to have a massive stroke during surgery. So when he woke up from the surgery, he had to be intubated and could not move his body, but was mentally still there. It is called being in a "locked" state. Dr. Humphries was so obnoxious, he stated that my husband would have eventually had that type of stroke even if he hadn't performed the surgery. Really, well why did you push the surgery I asked!!! He was smug and had no sense of humanity or empathy at all!!! He came in the next day a picked up my husband's leg and dropped it, then commented "flaccid"!!! God will have vengeance on your soul, Dr. Humphries!!! The pain you have inflicted upon my now deceased husband will come back to you!!!

After he had me on 2 different statins - and ignored the fact that my memory was being affected, I stopped going to him (multiple reasons). Since then I've been hoping to find a cardiologist who not only is up on the very latest medical information and has extremely impressive cardiology training - but who considers integrative options and actually listens and truly respects me as a patient who asks lots of questions. In my first appointment, Dr. Reingold took a detailed summary of my medical history and keyed into several important points on my medical history that were totally overlooked by my previous doctor (and every other doctor I've been to over the years). I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and his quest to confirm my currently accurate heart health. He prescribed two tests which we then reviewed at my 2nd appointment - and subsequently ordered some labs to get the complete diagnosis and plan of attack. (I've not yet made the appointment for the lab work for those tests which are also very impressive and not just basically standard from most cardiologists.) (Note: Dr. Reingold already changed the dosage on the blood pressure meds I have been on for 2 years. My blood pressure is low, and my internist never keyed in on this.) He never called. I had to chase him down hours before my appointment, only to be told I'd already signed the paperwork and would owe a no-show fee if I skipped it -- even though he never gave me the price he'd promised. When I pushed back, he raised his voice at me. I caved and took the cash-pay discount just to be done with it.I paid that in full. Weeks later, a surprise $550 bill showed up that no one warned me about. I was so done dealing with this office I just paid it rather than fight it again.The test itself came back completely normal, and no one from the practice ever called to explain the results or discuss next steps -- I had to look them up myself. This office runs on volume and confusion, not communication. Strongly recommend against.

He sent me for lab work... I had to call them days later to get my results! Come to find out it was something VERY serious, and they didn't even care at all. I called to get the results, and they told me what was going on. I had to call them back later on that day to get any form of medication called in for me. They never even called me back to tell me what the medication was or anything. I had to call my PCP to get them to help me. I called weeks after I finished my medication, stating that I was still in pain and needed help, the receptionist sent the doctor the wrong message. She calls me back hours later to tell me what he said. I told her that she sent the wrong message, she goes "Oh! Let me call him back. Then I'll call you back!" That was DAYS ago!!! I still haven't heard anything from him or his office staff. But I see that I have a prescription sitting at my pharmacy for something that's not even wrong with me. These people are CLOWNS!!! At this point I'm self diagnosing and taking care of myself! He needs to be the one reaching out to his patients, or AT LEAST the clinical staff. Not the receptionist who I'm sure doesn't have any clinical experience. This has been the most AWFUL EXPERIENCE, and I am truly dealing with a diagnosis that is very serious!!!
