When I pushed back, he raised his voice at me. I caved and took the cash-pay discount just to be done with it.I paid that in full. Weeks later, a surprise $550 bill showed up that no one warned me about. I resisted telling him I had none of the lifestyle choices usually associated with this condition but he advised me that many baby boomers had been turning up with it. I agreed to be tested and sure enough I tested positive for HEP-C. He referred me to a Gastroenterologist that treated and cured me if this condition before I had suffered any liver damage. This is only one example of his awareness and ability. I originally selected him out of convenience. His office was located within 1 mile of mine. However I no longer work at that office but I gladly make a 21 mile journey to see him now because I find him to be a trustworthy and excellent physician.
