He arranged with them to have a private viewing so we were the only ones there that was really special and kind of them to do. Kyle Youngberg made the experience so fun and exciting! He worked with us to create the ring of my dreams. I knew nothing about diamonds but my fiancé had done some research and could talk to Kyle in diamond terms. They then helped teach me about all the wonders of diamonds. We looked at different diamonds under the microscope and in the sunlight to pick the perfect one! I had to get my ring re-sized after the proposal and they were so helpful once again when we went in to drop it off and pick it up. It only took two days to get it back! We looked under the microscope again so we could see its beauty again and to see the special numbers engraved on the side so we can always make sure we have our diamond. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful here. Love this family owned business!

It's located inside of North Grand Mall. If you're from a metropolitan city then a good comparison would be to call it a small town Spencer's Gifts or Hot Topic, but it does seem to have higher quality and fairer prices than similar shops I've been to. For a small town store it is quite wonderful and I hope they continue to expand (and keep the quality) to other cities and towns. Wanna look like a rockstar? Stop by Shag. There's all kind of cool novelty items. You're sure to find something you like, I guarantee it.

The staff informed us that this is the original location, so it's the smallest of the three in town, but there was so much to look at! I can't wait to check out the larger locations! All of the staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. Everything was pretty well organized and not too overwhelming. There is definitely a lot inside, but in my opinion, you don't feel crowded and can easily look around for hours in here. All of the prices are wonderful as well! Everything is so affordable as well, and in great condition; some items are even brand new! Overflow beats Goodwill any day of the week!
