Before I could complete that process a gentleman was taking the car back. I picked the vehicle up later and they did a fantastic job. Just a few bubbles that's to be expected. The car looked amazing and we're happy so far. I looked for recent reviews of places and there weren't many from most businesses. So I decided to write one, hope this helps. To make matters worse, they themselves admitted it was done incorrectly and 8 other customers had complained about results. We are most upset with the lack of ability/desire to rectify the situation. Anyhow, I decided to find a new place that wouldn't charge me an astronomical amount of money; but also did a really good job. The first time I came, I mentioned the water spots. They took all day to finish the inside of my car and stated that if anything else showed up, to come back and they would take care of it right away. Nothing ever came back, and I was pleasantly pleased with their performance. The last time I came, I stated that my Mom had spilled her drink in the backseat and it was leaving a smell that messed with my allergies. Not only were they able to get that out, they cleaned the rest of my car with no dog hair left and the inside clean. This time there are slight water spots on the sides of my chairs; but it does not mean that they don't do a great job. The inside was so dirty that they needed pretty much all day to clean it thoroughly. All in all, I am very very well pleased; and I will always be coming back time and time again.

To make a long story short when they were done installing the heat in the seats I was pleasantly surprised. The final price was a lot cheaper than was quoted. I was really happy. The owners reason was that while everyone was raising prices she was lowering hers. It makes a lot of sense to do that because it will drive more customers to have work done. Maybe she will start a trend??? I certainly will send everyone I know there. They were very nice and did a great job on my seats. Will definitely have my work done there from here on out.
