I called up wildcat 11/26/25 and got an acceptable quote for ceramic tint on our two day old 2026 Camry XSE. I arrived early and was greeted by a few nice guys who went over the legality of tint and showed me the percentages. It' had been a long time since Ive had windows tinted. Before I could complete that process a gentleman was taking the car back. I picked the vehicle up later and they did a fantastic job. Just a few bubbles that's to be expected. Well I was quoted one price the it changed and went up. Just made me not want to use there service. Installed a pretty pricey Focal audio system and backup camera for me. I guess I expected too much. Bluetooth quit working after install, but they fixed it when I went back. Noticed a new scratch across my dash the next day, next to the speaker install area, but I let it go (I shouldn't have). Cable from backup camera started dragging the ground and quit working within a couple of months of the install. When I started looking for my old speakers, realized they never gave them back to me. The factory speakers rattled, and the Focals rattled after they installed as well. I guess I was hoping they'd resolve that rattle when they installed the expensive Focal speakers. I was looking for a quality install, not just a quick speaker replacement. It's been in the vehicle a long time now. I've just decided to scrap the entire install and start over with a new installer. Too much wrong to go back after all this time. Edit: Of course you are not responsible for the audio of the head unit. None of the complaints I listed above are about the quality of the head unit. Update: After several back and forth discussions between us and the owner, Mr. Larry agreed to redo our tinting and even filled in the chip in our windshield (free of an additional charge). The second job was done much better and professionally. We have no complaints about the product now. Moreover, we are happy to see that in the end Wild Cat Tinting did the right thing, owned up to their mistakes, and provided a fair solution. As a result, I have increased my rating from a 1 Star to a 3 Star. Had we not had to push so hard to get them to agree to provide a solution, I would have upped my rating more. Overall, we are now satisfied with the service, despite the stress we went through to get there. Old Review Prior to Solution: I took my car in to get tinted. When it was finished, not only was there excess tinting strips stuck to the stop of the car, side of the car, and inside of the car; they also left a razor blade inside AND they returned my car with a chip in the windshield. They admitted that the car did not have a chip when they brought it in for service, indicating that it received a chip sometime while it was under their care. Not only would they not fix the windshield, they did not offer a discount or any possible solution for damaging my car. I would highly recommend you go to ANYONE ELSE for tinting services. Came in to get some tint done on my car. Made an appointment at 1pm and showed up at 1230pm and they took my car directly back. Very friendly staff from what little interaction I had and also offered specials on their Yelp page so def check that out. Overall it took a little over 2 hours for my vehicle to be done, others will vary depending on how many windows and it they have to strip old tint on to retint it. It does come with a lifetime warranty and they give you a warranty card which is nice to have versus just having a place say sure, we will give you a warranty even though you cant prove it except for a receipt. These guys are pure crooks! Rude. Arrogant. I was led to believe they were putting an Extang bed topper on my brand new 2021 truck like they had advertised in their store room. They, instead put a cheaper version Leer (thinking I wouldn't notice) that looked like it came from the back of their store room and had been another customer's problem before. They "had problems ordering" They installed this one without my knowledge. They tried to pass it off as a brand new one and it clearly was not. After much dispute, and more than four attempts to "fix" it, they washed their hands of the problem. Also, my brand new truck looked like it had been 4 wheeling when I got back to the store! I literally had just bought it and it was filthy! Very very rude and to the point of hateful responses from a couple of different people. They have some shady things happening in the back with tinting rental cars and then taking cash to remove it. I would stay away from this company at all cost. Their customer service is non existent. They are clearly in it for the money and don't give a hoot if your happy or not with the product. Sketchy, shady, don't trust them. read more

So I buy a brand new set of wheels for 1800 dollars and put them on my truck and one of the tires is ripped on the inside bead and call Larry and he says nothing he can do about it that he can't warranty it so I'm stuck paying 200 dollars out of my own pocket when he should have warrantied the tire. So I downloaded the YELP app strictly to give these guys a review--because that's how impressed I was by them! Wildcat Window Tinting went above and beyond as far as customer service and quality go. I surprised my boyfriend for Valentine's Day with a gift certificate to get his windows tinted. Me being a girl, I don't know very much about tint, so the guy allowed me to pay one price so that my boyfriend could pick out whatever shade he wanted to go when he got them done. Most places increase price with the darkness of the windows but Wildcat Window Tinting did not.
