Fold out couch is broken, floors are very uneven so doors don't shut. Temperature around toilet is 48 degrees "current temperature outside", shower handle pops off, toilet lid not secure, corroded remote batteries, living space ceiling fan does not work and extremely hot upstairs but cold downstairs.

We thought it would be a shot in the dark to call so late, but James answered the phone and was the most helpful, friendly, and kind man that I could have spoken to. Without any additional fees or issue, he put us up in a comparable cabin which was incredibly clean and ready to go! Also, he let us cancel the next weekend's booking without any fees or issue too. Plus - checking out has never been easier. Short of having to do the dishes, they didn't require us to do anything else. I will NEVER book with anyone else...seriously, it could have gone so wrong but James made it so easy.

Which was unexpected. Kitchen had whatever pots, pans, plates Etc. that I needed to make breakfast. Nice appliances. Comfortable bed and linens. Nice bathroom. Very very clean. Hot tub clean. They say the drain and clean it after every guest. Awesome. Management very easy to reach via messaging and with prompt responses. We would stay with this company again. Cons: lots of rules. Like so many rules and there were all these fines listed if you break them. Very scary. My husband didn't want to book the cabin because of all the rules.

The septic tank had a water hose spray in the back of the house where the hot tub, playground, camp fire, and patio with fire pit were located. It sprayed sewage several times while we were cooking out, eating, and enjoying ourselves on the accommodations this cabin advertises. It smelled horrible!!! We called the company and were told, "it's supposed to spray in order to release itself!" What?!?! Then be transparent on your listing because if that was listed, we would NOT have brought you our business. They sent a sewage truck the 3rd day of our stay and that solved the problem. The sewage guys said if it was straying as frequently as it was, it was over flowing!! It's evident they do NOT invest the money they make in maintaining the cabin. The bar stools were broken and loose. Maintenance confirmed they were missing screws. The TV in the upstairs bedroom did not work. The pool sticks were missing tips. Obviously, they don't maintain their sewage system. They knew we would be leaving a bad review as we constantly complained as no one wants to smell sewage while trying to enjoy the scenery. Now we are being accused of 8 missing bath towels. Who wants to take bath towels that everyone and their family has used! They are not even worth taking!! Rather than being greedy, invest in what you promote so your guest can experience what they PAY for!!!!

It was exactly as the website described, there were no surprises! Love the wrap around porch, lots of seating, love being in the woods and enjoying the quietness, and I almost forgot, the hot tub!! You are not far from doing stuff as well. Would recommend visiting Beaver Bend State Park. We can't wait to go back again and honestly we would stay at the same cabin but we are adventurous, so would probably try a new cabin with Broken Bow Vacation Cabins.

A pleasant and serene stay! This cabin is just gorgeous and beautiful. The cabin was VERY CLEAN and…read morethe kitchen is fully equipped and up-to-date! Every room has plenty of lighting choices and the air conditioning is amazingly cool! The first porch is located at the entry of the cabin, where you can find a gas grill, seating and a hot tub. This porch is semi-private as there is a neighboring cabin on this side and you are separated by some trees. There is good lighting on this porch that can manually be switched on (can be found by the hot tub). Moving on, a washer and dryer are available for use, we brought in our own laundry detergent but there was some provided! How thoughtful! There are two restrooms, however only the one in the master room has a shower. Both restrooms were clean and had plenty of towels and toilet paper! Wow! I was so glad to see this! The master bedroom is spacious, private and has a powerful ceiling fan that hangs from above for extra cooling at night. There is two way entries and the vanity mirror is separated from the restroom, making easier for someone to get ready while the other is showering. It also has an attached walk-in closet. The kitchen is spacious and has all the amenities you can think of! All pots, pans, cups, plates, spatulas and silverware provided! There is a microwave, stove/oven, fridge/ice machine, coffee machine, dish washer, two sinks, toaster, and even a crockpot to name a few! Cell phone service may not be as strong here but this cabin has got you covered with their complimentary wi-fi!! How great is that? I was able to face-time everyone back at home! There is a dining area and the living space has a couch and three recliners!! These came in handy with the little one!! The rocking chairs helped him go to sleep right like he does at home. The living space also has a foosball table and a nice screen tv (with cable-nice!) , radio, DVD player and family board games. The second bed space, upstairs, is nice however there is no closet. If you have a little one be extremely careful on this floor as the railing is spaced out enough for a small child to fall through and the stairs are a bit steep. (This is where you practice those excellent parenting skills). The back porch is private with no immediate neighbors and a beautiful view of the woods and fire pit area. Complimentary firewood was provided on our stay. (This place is just awesome). Overall, our stay was just amazing, peaceful and still very private. The cabin faces away from neighboring cabin so it still gives the feeling of seclusion. The cabin certainly exceeded our expectations and is clearly taken care of! Will definitely be coming back to visit!
